Ok now I'm just getting fed up/extremely pissed

I have read the same scenario over and over here at Thunders. If less than 100 jelqs is where you need to be, then that is where you need to be. Don’t be discouraged and think you you are stuck in some sort of “preconditioning” stage, as you can and probably will gain. Kevin12 did 1/2” in about a month with less than 100 jelqs.

After about 16 months, I still do “less” than the newbie routine, around 140 jelqs, and have worked up to that point slowly. (After fucking around a lot and wasting time at 200 or more.) Once I dropped it back down around 100, I started gaining again.

I have no doubt that many men can gain with the Newbie routine. But it seems there is a category of dicks that can grow at much less than that, and simply won’t grow at more than that.

I’ll second Chronos comments. After much, much, MUCH experimentation (right Chrono :) ) as I went back and reviewed my notes…it never fails for me, when I keep it about 5 minutes (whether its jelquing or pumping, hanging is different) I start to get great EQ and gains start to show. When I slowly start adding more, ( or rapidly in many cases), EQ begins to drop and gains stop.

(For me what has taken the longest, is to be able to accept that so little is truly my growth zone…it has been hard to believe. Non erect PE like hanging and stretching seems to be much less stressful, and I am able to do more.)

This is not the same for everyone, but if you watch your EQ and find it drops when you start to do MORE…then its DIAGNOSTIC that you are doing too much!
It ok for EQ to drop a little, but it should still be better than before PE. If your EQ is LOWER than before PE than for sure you are doing too much!

Once again reps to you both! I have honestly been reading thunders for the past 2 months on average of like 6 hours a day. I feel like with everything that I have heard from other people, gainers and non-gainers, that your words are true. As soon as I stopped trying follow a “big gainers routine” and actually just tried to get my EQ back to awesomeness, I actually noticed size starting! I feel so much better, and healthier downstairs than I did before my break.

I have 2 more days to go before it will have been a week off, and the second i begin having night woods and strong morning woods again I will continue PE, Starting VERY light. I just made a pump and was going to start with that maybe, but only for quick 5 mins sessions with low pressure. I might just jelq though but who knows.

Thanks guys this makes me feel a lot better. I’m still at 75 jelqs and stretching for about 4 minutes now. Things are still looking good. If my EQ is good and I have some Positive PI’s / no Negative should I stay at 75 jelqs?

I find the hardest part about this is keeping yourself from getting overexcited! I look forward to doing my routine, and I wish I could just do this all day! But I equate a lot of this to bodybuilding, so I’m taking it slower and demonstrating a lot more patience as I would with bodybuilding.

It’s not gonna happen overnight!

Holy words. Yes, stick with that for a week or two, if PI’s are still good add 10 jelqs and 1 minutes stretching and so on.

And yeah I went back down to 60 jelqs today because I don’t really recall myself getting morning wood the past couple of days. But me and my gf did have sex the other day and it looked a little fuller.

Just my two cents. The couple times I have notices this on myself. I was using way too tight of a grip. I’ve been going by the rule of thumb. That if you can’t finish a single jelq in 3-4 seconds you are gripping too tight. I am a newbie so I hope I’m not out of line. But I researched the subject for many months before begining my venture.

Yeah I think I finally have everything in working order now (finally), thank you. I’m gonna measure tomorrow on my off day, and hopefully just measure once a month from then on.

So I’m pretty depressed now. Today was an off day, so I measured. My flaccid has been hanging a lot better than usual, so I had high hopes. My BPEL actually measure around 7.25 in, which I think is around my beginning length, I just wasn’t measuring correctly. My girth I measured around a little more than 4.25”. This is about a quarter less than I thought it was. I’m hoping I just measured wrong, so I’ll try again tomorrow. If I didn’t measure wrong though I’m going to be so upset. 7.25 x 4.25, talk about a pencil dick…

I just read through this whole thread and felt the need to put my two cents in. I’ve been PEing for over two years, primarily manual stretches and jelq, but I do incorporate a pumping routine on occasion. Even now after all of that conditioning I rarely exceed 100 jelqs in a session. It’s too much for me. I am, however, able to work out 5 days a week with 2 days off and still gain without significant EQ loss. I don’t gain fast, but I also don’t regress at all. I took 8 months off and actually gained about an 8th of an inch, so all of my gains were ‘cemented’.

Your penis needs your PE routine, not somebody else’s, not even the Newbie Routine.

Start: ~6" BPEL, ~5" MSEG (If I remember correctly) Now: 7.25" BPEL, 5.25" MSEG (After an 8 month break) GOAL: I'll be finished when I'm done.

Yeah I’m keeping the amount of jelqs down. But now knowing I have no girth whatsoever I’m anxious to get to clamping! I’ll stay patient though…

It’s official, I’m about 4.33” in girth. I’ve never felt like I just wanted surgery as bad as I do now.
