Ok now I'm just getting fed up/extremely pissed

Yup, 4.375 EG for me, but no surgery no fucking way!
It’s driven me crazy for a long time, even moreso because my 2 closest friends got like 5.5-6” girths (I know this from running trains on girls). So yeah I’ve always been insanely jealous, and got real jumpy with my P.E. Jumped into too hard of a routine.

My suggestion is remember to be patient. Gains will come with patience and persistence. (Ever since I realized this - .25” in length). Good luck to you!

I don’t see it stated at much today as when I was on the boards before, but the “old wisdom” used to be to work length first and then tackle girth. I sort of agree with that sentiment. Length seems to be the easiest (easy in this case being a relative term) to gain. Girth takes much more time and strenuous PE, if you’ve gotten your length first then you’re ready to tackle the the seemingly tougher girth issue.

Clamping is a great way to gain girth, but be aware that in my 2+ years of PE that clamping was the only time I caused myself any significant injury, and I consider myself a “conservative PEer”. If you pursue clamping READ READ READ then go SLOW SLOW SLOW. Clamping might not be the most dangerous, but IMHO it ranks right up there with the best of ‘em. P.S. I still do clamp on occasion in lue of pumping, I use it in my “shock routine”.


Posting 'newbie' but 2+ year lurker and PEer.

I haven’t gained any length yet, but I really don’t care. I already go deep enough with my girlfriend, so any length I gain with my 3 months of conditioning will be ok but not really necessary. And yes I will most definitely take it slow when I get to clamping.

Ok well that’s sort of a relief. I just measured again today, and I was correct with my initial measurement of 4.5”. I don’t know how I measured incorrectly yesterday, but it makes me feel a little better (even though I’m still a pencil dick!). My length measurement was correct yesterday, as that was done with the ruler and not the tape measure. Also I went to 100 jelqs today. We’ll see if that was a good or bad idea depending on my frequency of erections. Actually since I’m bringing that up I was wondering if this maybe had to do with jelqing or just me getting older, but I don’t really get erections in the middle of the day when just thinking about erotic stuff. Even when I was watching porn the other day I had to lube up and start playing with myself before I got to 100%. Is that normal? Should jelqing be helping the frequency of erections? Or am I just getting older and losing the ability to get erections for no reason. When it comes to sex there is no problem or anything. If I’m making out with my girlfriend and she’s naked, I WILL be hard. Just thought I’d give as much info as possible, and any input is appreciated!

Don’t be pissed or fed up. When you exhaust your penis too much it’s not a good thing. And you need time for it to heal and rest. Trust me it’s better to take it slow and let it heal or you will just have a non-functioning penis. I’m sure you don’t want that.

I’m still currently on a break. It’s been about a week, but I guess I went to far with 5 minutes of stretching, 100 jelqs. I haven’t had morning wood for a little while, so I’m just waiting until I get that back.

I actually incorperated stretching into my routine on the 4th day and havent had morning wood for the past 2 days. I believe the stretching is what has caused my penis to become overtrained. I will simply stick to the way I was jelqing before because it was working!

300 jelqs, at 2 seconds each and I did not do it hard at ALL! I did’nt turtle after my sessions either, and the next morning I would have morning wood. It has been very hard for you and I both to figure our units out, but I think once we do we will be set.

Even though I didnt wake up with mornign wood this morning, I am going to try to do some quick jelqs this morning to stimulate my cock back into action. I believe that my penis needs some stimulation in order to begin working again. When I masturbate, my penis hangs much fuller and and woods throughout the day are more frequent than if I dont. But most say that masturbating affects their gains.

Also, I forgot to state that I have been taking awesome test boosting supplements and have recently stopped, 2 days ago… Which is actually when my morning woods stopped too. hmmm

Sometimes you can recover to an lower EQ. I think going by the feel of your penis can be pretty good indicator. You had mentioned a “toughness” feel to your penis, that usually is the smooth muscle within the penis that is contracted due to the stress. When it recovers from the stress, it will “relax” and the softer, floppier feel will return. I think when the softness returns its ok to begin again, but start with about 5 minutes of moderate-light force on your jelquing.

One of the big mistakes for Newbies is to use way too much force when jelquing. Some guys do very well with very hard jelquing forces, but you should gradually work up to that, keeping a close eye on EQ. When EQ begins to drop, you have exceeded your capacity, so back down to the last productive level. With time you should be able to begin to increase again, a bit at a time productively…but overall once you reach that point of your ideal force level, its probably more productive to add time.
