No fatigue or soreness >> no growth?

No fatigue or soreness >> no growth?

Is it necessary to reach a feeling of fatigue while stretching to achieve growth? Lately it has become extremely difficult to get to this point.

I do compression hanging (currently at 14 - 16 lbs), compression extending, manual stretching, and I always finish with an ADS.

I just measured again, and I’m well over 8 inches flaccid stretched, so I guess that answers that. I definitely still experience fatigue, but it’s not a pronounced soreness like when I first started. Still, the question in the OP might be useful to know for the future.
