I am a little disappointed. I took the basic measurements on Nov 22, 2019 and now a month has passed. My measurements are virtually the same except that my Mid Shaft Flaccid Girth increased by 1/4 inch. My erect girth decreased by 1/8 of an inch but I believe that this was due to a measuring error. I think that I am the same for MSEG.

I have been doing the warming up and the newbie stretching and jelqing about 4 X per week and I have been wearing the extender for 3 or 4 hours a day.

What can I do to get faster growth?

Not to put you down in any way, but if you only have been doing this for a month, you can not/should not go any harder to work. This takes dedication and a long time - there is no fast way. You can increase the number of workdays between each off-day, but do not increase the number of exercises or sets per day. 3-4 hours a day in the extender in addition to the manual exercises should be enough the first 6 months. You do not want to injure yourself.

After the first 6 month your penis should be able to stand more work and force. Then you can apply more sets and exercises in combination with more hours in the extender. Be observant to how your penis feel and the quality of erections, morning woods, and don’t forget to include kegels. ( kegels you should’ve included from the start. Good luck.

Think of real gains coming in 6-12 months. I’d recommend setting the extender aside for now. Concentrate on doing a good newbie routine.

Trying to grow faster is a recipe for disaster when it comes to PE.

Question:

Does that 1/4 increase in flaccid girth signal a future increase in erect girth or is it unrelated?

I would like to add that I am currently experiencing some ED issues which may explain the girth gain as jelqing with low level erections is supposed to favor girth.

Let me give you the story.

I was obese. In the last year I have lost 55 pounds. With the obesity plus my age and taking anti-depressants, I have had ED for years.

After I dropped the weight, I began to feel pretty good. Then I started taking 50 mg of DHEA per day and I began to feel like I did when I was 30.

Well, I started to get serious about my gym work-outs and now I go 5 times per week. I do hard work outs. I even have a personal trainer. I am getting muscle definition now like when I was much younger.

So I thought, why not try PE?

Now, I was under the impression that PE increased the penis blood flow and thus depressed ED symptoms.

Am I wrong?

Also, I have a moderate bend that I would like to remedy, which is why I hesitate to give up my extender as I understand that the extender can address penile curvature.

And lastly, who wouldn’t want a bigger weapon?

I do have an appointment with my urologist next month to address my ED issues.

Except for my ED, I am in perfect health with the exception of slightly elevated cholesterol levels for which I take a statin drug.

I am also fairly new to this, but it sounds like maybe you’re doing too much. The newbie routine alone was too much for me, and I started getting positive results by scaling back a lot, using the linear routine and halting at 70 jelqs per workout for a couple weeks. Maybe try scaling back your routine some? You don’t wanna overdo it and damage your unit. Best of luck, friend!

Linear Newbie Routine

I got you, fam.

My experience with extenders or high force stretches to the point of loss of tugback is that they cause a decrease in erect length for a few days, which I assume is counter productive.

It seems there are parameters where stretching is beneficial. Too little does nothing beneficial, too much causes the length to decrease.

I use a light .5 lb. hanger for many hours a day, but not every day. And I don’t use a hanger when I have any edema from pumping or it causes bad skin abrasion.


Starting: 7"bplx5.2" 2017 (shrunk from disuse)(originally 8"bplx4.5", gained to 9"bplx6")

Current: 9.0"bplx6.125" 2020

Goal: 11.5"bplx7" 2021.

I think the newbie routine is way too much too. I’m also doing linear routine for a week now. I’m on 30 jelqs rn, adding +10 every 3rd workout. I don’t stretch and I don’t think I’ll stretch in the first 1 or 2 months, it just looks too rough to me.
