Hi Guys,
Newbie here. Been doing the newbie routine for 2 weeks now. I’ve been doing a one day on, one day off routine just to play it extra safe . Will probably start the recommended 2 day on, one day off schedule now. The question I have is regarding the manual stretches. I find that pulling on my dick irritates the skin, even though I’ve tried baby powder . Is it OK for a newbie to just do the BTC and fowfer stretching? I like these because they are passive stretches.no having to pull on my dick. I do some JAI stretches.but doing the other stretches and holding my dick in that position for 30 seconds is not comfortable for me. The skin on my dick is very sensitive.irritates easily. Any thoughts?

4.75 EG
3.50 FG
3.50 FL

Goal is at least 6.5 BPEL and 5.25 EG. Dream goal 7x5.5!! In no hurry, though. Plan on taking this slow. This is a very informative site. Enjoy reading all the posts!

Welcome to Thunder’s! Like any other form of exercise, PE requires a level of conditioning. BTC only is probably not a good idea when you’re just starting out: it’s a fairly intense stretch that targets mostly ligs, and it’s dangerous if you’re not conditioned. Ligament injuries can take forever to heal.

Maybe the baby powder irritates your skin - doesn’t it dry it out?

No. BTC hanging is something you need to have “conditioned” your dick for.

Irritation? How so? More details! lol

O.K. So BTC is out of the question for now. Don’t want to injure the Ligs. I will continue the fowfers, though and try to build a tolerance to the other stretches. Just don’t like the feeling of pinching and pulling of the skin with my hands. I can only wet jelq because I am cut tightly (unfortunately) and my dick skin gets very irritated without lubricant. It doesn’t like friction of any kind.what can I say.LOL! Someone recommended using powder for a better grip, and it works, but still get discomfort.. Will have to experiment more.. Maybe my skin needs adjust to the new sensations.

Do you have foreskin? If so, do you stretch on your dick with the foreskin over your glans? I have found that this really annoys my dick if I do it this way and I don’t feel a good stretch like this anyway. I have no idea what a Jai stretch is right now, I wouldn’t do that because it isn’t on the newbie routine I don’t think?

Also, I have been reading recently that cooking oils are good to use as a lube. I haven’t tried this yet though. Welcome to the forum, nice to not be the only new guy.

Olive oil is a very good lube. Easy on the skin and easy on the wallet. Inconspicous too, it that is an issue (at least if you keep it in the kitchen).

No foreskin, StretchKing. I’m not uncut like you, sad to say. Absolutely no foreskin.was cut very tight. That’s the reason I can’t dry jelq. I need lubricant. I’m using pure cocoa butter and it works great! Cocoa Butter is also good for any stretch marks that may develop during PE. Thanks for the welcome and back at ya.

Mgus.will try the Olive oil, too. May be good idea to experiment with different lubes as well as different PE exercises over time.

I would love to have my foreskin removed, it irritates me and I think it doesn’t look as good. Maybe I am just weird and slightly queer because I like the site of the glans haha.

Mgus, should be extra virgin? Or would it not matter? If it does matter - then could you explain why just out of curiosity?

“Virgin” olive oil will give you a “tighter” grip I believe. :)
