Newbie here. Been doing the newbie routine for 2 weeks now. I’ve been doing a one day on, one day off routine just to play it extra safe . Will probably start the recommended 2 day on, one day off schedule now. The question I have is regarding the manual stretches. I find that pulling on my dick irritates the skin, even though I’ve tried baby powder . Is it OK for a newbie to just do the BTC and fowfer stretching? I like these because they are passive stretches.no having to pull on my dick. I do some JAI stretches.but doing the other stretches and holding my dick in that position for 30 seconds is not comfortable for me. The skin on my dick is very sensitive.irritates easily. Any thoughts?
Goal is at least 6.5 BPEL and 5.25 EG. Dream goal 7x5.5!! In no hurry, though. Plan on taking this slow. This is a very informative site. Enjoy reading all the posts!
