Hello guys!! I have just completed one month PE ing and thank to this site and all of you I am very excited and happy! I always wanted to have a bigger penis and I always thought that having a big or bigger penis was just a gift from nature to somebodies and that there was no chance to change it for the others. I am 36 yo, my penis is upwards curvy, so I don’t know the exact size.. Measuring from the back is 7.4 inches (bone pressed), from the forward part is 6 inches and from the side is 6.6 inches! (Always bone pressed).

When I was searching on the web and looking all these adds about extenders, machines, pills etc, I always believed it was a hoax for money, since I found you here and I have gained hope for the change!! Thank you ALL guys! Thank you for sharing your experiences and your quests and your results! This is a great unity that can help many people for many reasons!

About my routine. I started the newbie routine, one month ago, warming my penis for 5-7 mins either with a HOT towel, or HOT rice in socks. Later I perform 6 to 7 mins stretching each side , and later on I have managed to reach 20-23 mins wet jelqing. Approximately 150 jelqs within this period. Each jelq takes about 5-6 sec. Heating again and 50 kegels (flaccid penis). My schedule is 2 days on 1 day off.

Questions: 1. The kegels should be done on a flaccid or erected penis??

2. Because of the curvy penis, should I include any ”straighten” techniques in my routine? I was wondering, If I manage to ”straight” my penis, will it be 7.4 inches like the back side of my penis?? If that was happening, I believe I would be really close to my target! (8 inches length).

3. When we warm the penis, the water must be really hot? Or warm to hot? Cause sometimes maybe I overdo it and feel that the skin is being irritated (almost small burns). I use olive oil for jelqs and when the skin becomes burnt I put some bepanthol cream.

4. During jelqing, I do not manage to have a 50 - 70 per cent erection, some times it is almost flaccid. Does this play a big role?

So far I have noticed a much better morning wood, as well as erections.

I also use L-arginine every day 2 pills of 500mg.

since you're not exercising the penis when you do kegels, but rather the pelvic floor,it shouldn't matter. (Kind of fun to watch the erect penis bounce around)

How you measure is really up to you. Probably the most important thing is to measure the same way every time. I've got an upward curve and I always measure across the gap. Up to you.

Use some sense here. Obviously, if you burn or blister your skin, and have to take a few weeks off to recover, then what you did was counter-productive.

Low-erection-level-jelqs will target length, and higher erection level will target girth.

So far I have noticed a much better morning wood, as well as erections.

@Clgp7 Thank you very much for your response! I really appreciate it! I would also like to add that I have always had EQ problems, and reading several threads in here, I realized that probably it has to do with the porn videos that I almost daily watch.. I am a little bit porn addicted.. Hm.. Maybe I have to quit it.. I hope I’ll see EQ improvement with the PE. Thanx again for your reply!

I also would like to ask. In order to ”straighten” a little bit the curvature, do you believe that 1. If I place my penis downwards in my underwear will help? 2. During the jelqs, is better to stretch the penis downwards? Giving emphasis to the upper part? Thank you again! Soon I will post fotos of my penis to see this curvature.
