So hey everyone, I’m 18 years old and starting off at approx 6” EL and 4.5” girth(these are approximations I made with my fingers because I don’t have anything around to measure with). So anyways I’ve been reading these forums for a week or so and just yesterday decided to become a member. I became interested in increasing my dick size when I realized that my girlfriend of 2 and a half years wasn’t being quite as satisfied by me as she used to. I’ve been real down about it for a while but found hope when I came across this forum and read how people COULD actually gain through PE.

So I’m giving it a shot..

I just recently started jelqing every other day and so far haven’t noticed any change, though I’ve only done 3 sessions and am still grasping the technique. Anyways, a couple questions that I have is:
-If I’m someone who gains muscle very fast and easily could that possibly indicate that I’ll have the same luck with my dick?
-If I’m jelqing too hard or doing something wrong and causing harm to my penis how will I know? Obviously there will be pain, but how much and what kind of pain is bad? How much if any pain should I expect? Are there other indicators that I might be doing something wrong?(Other than my dick not growing)

Basically I’m just wondering what I should expect.. I’m really hoping for quick gains to satisfy my gf and my goal is, though probably unreasonable, to reach a solid 7” EL and 5.5” girth before college, which is a little less than 7 months away.

I’ve seen throughout the forums about people reaching a maximum size for their penis then only being able to gain very little from then on. In weight-lifting you experience the same thing with your muscles. For example, say in one session your bench pressing 10 reps of 150lbs for 4 sets and you go through several sessions like this and realize that your not getting much stronger and can quite get the reps with heavier weight. The solution to that problem is to increase the amount of time of your workout by adding another set or two or by increasing the number of reps per set. In order to keep getting stronger you have to not only increase the weight but increase the amount of time you spend during your workout. My workouts started 2 years ago at half an hour and now go from 2 to 3 hours and my max keeps increasing. I know the penis isn’t a muscle but is it possible that this same concept might work with PE? Of course I have no clue though, seeing as how I’ve been doing PE for.. 5 days now? So sorry if that was completely stupid and pointless, just had that idea and thought I’d put it out.

I’m not going to deny that a larger penis often increases sexual satisfaction for women during intercourse, but I think you are making a mistake to attribute your current problems with the girlfriend to your penis size — to any degree at all.

It could “possibly.” But there is no evidence one way or the other. Perhaps your youth and high testosterone will facilitate growth? No way to know yet.

There really shouldn’t be any “pain” — maybe some soreness, minor discomfort, after a hard workout (which you should not be doing for the first several weeks — ease your way in gradually). A major indicator that you are overdoing it is if your erection quality starts to flag. PE should make erections better, not worse.

Yup, many guys find that they have to increase the intensity and/or length of their PE routines massively as they go along to keep making gains. One option that many find helpful is to “decondition” the penis by taking a couple of months off of PE completely; when coming back after the break, many find that gains are easier again.

Hi Squirrel. For handy measuring tools, a US dollar bill is 6.14” long, and a toilet paper roll is 4.95” inside circumference. Some brands may vary slightly in size, and that measurement is Inside the tube, not around the outside of the paper tube.

About the last point about gaining strength with weightlifting, when I was lifting for power I would use about 80-90% of my max weight and do sets of low reps — 3-5 reps. That would condition my muscles to get used to heavy weight. For instance, if I could do a single rep of 350 lbs., I would do 3 sets of 315 for 3 reps and finish with 2 sets of 300 for 5 reps. Not struggling, mind you. The idea was to “practice” with heavy weights, not to “burn out” with medium weight hoping it would make me strong when I attempted a single-rep set with my max weight. I think your approach is good for body-building.

If you are to be a PE er, you must get the appropriate measuring tools. Preferably cloth tape measure, metallic retractable tape measure, ruler. Remember to keep a log of the stats. Possibly get some good starting photos with measuring devices. I am guilty of not having done this. I do have photos without measuring devices and am able to see the changes. Good luck.

PS- I’m not so sure a different penis can fix any problems you have with a girlfriend. I would not rely on PE for that. You can also hope for the quick gains, but don’t bet everything on it. If she was satisfied before then your size probably is not the issue.

I am also a fast gainer when it comes to body building, I grow very fast in muscle and also in strength, I also posted something like this 1 month ago. Me too hoped to gain fast, but you should not aspect to much from it the first month. My first month was difficult because I had to learn the techniques and other things like time and space were difficult at some moments. Thats why I think after 4 weeks of trying I am doing this only good for the a week now. I already have measured a growth in girth, only 0,1 inch, but I think it is from the last week, so that could be considerd much. I dont know If I have gained any length because it is difficult to measure for me. I am 7,6 in length and 5,5 in girth now.

You really should buy some measuring equipment. But what ever you do not give up! In time you will find the right excercise for you. Just keep trying and keep reading, the more you learn in theorie the easier it will work!

Let me know about your progress, and maybe we see that fast muscle gianers are also fast PE gainers.

Hey, thanks for all the posts. I wanted to clear up what I meant about being able to satisfy my girlfriend. I guess it’s not that I can’t satisfy her it’s just that.. Well.. We both lost our V cards to each other (a year from this Valentine’s Day actually), and I guess I just miss the days when we first started before she adjusted. The sex is still great and everything I just want to be able to keep it fresh, if that makes sense.

As far as pain goes, sharp pain is bad, stop immediately. Good technique takes a while. It will take you a few months before you get decent technique. Erection level is key.

I have a question about kegels. How many kegels is too many? Would 50 2-5 second kegels every morning and every night every day be over doing it? I’m asking this because I figure the first thing I ought to do to make my dick bigger is make sure my erections are as hard as they can be. I just don’t want to over do anything.

Yes that amount of kegels will work although you should increase it over time.
