Newbie guy here...need some help
1st - Very nice forum.
2nd - Here are my stats:
Erection Angle: 10
LOT: 5.5 (yeah, it stops between 5 and 6…)
MY PERSONAL GOALS:
A little more length and more width! Imporve erection hardness, and overall erection health. Also would love to increase my volume and distance of ejaculations!
What the hell is a tunica?
Based on what I’ve read so far, in regard to the LOT theory, I should be stretching myself between 9 and 12? Correct?
Because of my lower LOT number, it seems that my ligs are fairly stretched out already, and I now need to work on this tunica thing…(getting back to my first question.)
I plan to do the following:
5 minute warmup
10 minutes of manual stretching between 9 and 12
10 minutes of wet jelqs
5 minute warmdown’
QUESTION: When should I do the kegels? Does it matter? i.e., “After the stretches, or NEVER after the jelqs, etc….”
