Hi, I just found this place last week.. Plus :) I’m only 20 years old! I’m so happy I found this place early :)

Current stats:
Length 5”
Girth ~4”

Goal (to be Mr Normal):
Length 6”
Girth 5”

Anyway.my routine is currently..

MORNING:
Shower in the morning with stretches (30secs each and 5-10 times)
NIGHT:
Warm wrap (2 mins)
Wet jelqing (15mins)
Dry jelqing (5mins)
Warm wrap (4 mins)

Is this routine gonna get me to my goal fast? Is there anything I should change?
Also, what % erect should I jelq at? 40-60% or 60-85% ?

It might not get you to your goals, but it is the right way to start. Take is slow and easy and get properly conditioned for all the new attention your cock is getting. Stay there for a month or so and then think about making adjustments. I prefer jelqing in the fuller range of 60-85%.

Actually I prefer 85.4-94.7%. :)

But no matter. Whatever level you choose, keep the pressure moderate and under control.

I was just making the point that everyone has “favourite” erection levels for jelqing, but he, as a newbie, needs to work up to higher levels. :)

I wouldn’t even say working up to higher levels is his goal. That should only be the goal if you want to concentrate mainly on girth. If he wants length, keeping the erection level lower will be more useful.

I didnt mean it as though “he has to work up”, I meant it as though….

I suggested 40-60%

Someone else said they prefer a higher range

My comments were to warn the newbie against a higher erection level, as he is just that, a newbie. Does that make sense?

I would suggest increase the warm wrap time to at least 5 minutes, move the second warm wrap to between the jelquing sessions.

A warm wrap at the end is optional in my opinion.

The idea is that getting the tissues of you penis into a certain temp range ( 99f-104f ?, I can seem to hold on to those stats), makes the tissues more pliable and makes the forces applied more effective.

Once the tissues drop down below those temps, then tend to “solidify” more.

In my opinion, you should keep the penis at elevated temps during PE, and once you have achieved some expansion (during your session) try and cool the tissues down in the expanded state, like with a cold wrap or cold water.

I personally get my best results with that approach.

The next important thing is to find out the “right” amount of force/time.

Too much and you will impede/stop or reverse progress. Not enough and you will not grow.

That is why it is important to start easy, and monitor your responses.

The biggest mistake most newbies make is to assume more is better…its not!

Ok so the new routine will be

MORNING:
Shower in the morning with stretches (30secs each and 5-10 times)
NIGHT:
Warm wrap (5 mins)
Wet jelqing (20mins) (200-300 then in time 400-500)
Warm wrap (2 mins)

And maybe a cool wrap everytime I get some expansion (maybe twice a jelqing session)

Cool wrap should come at the end of a session, while you are your largest…then you are done.

Heat is best used DURING the session to allow for greatest expansion. The cooling helps lock in the gains.

So I would rather see;

hot wrap (5 minutes)
jelque (10 minutes)
hot wrap (5 minutes)
jelque (10 minutes)

cool down while engorged (5 minutes)

That is IF 20 minutes of total jelquing isn’t too much.

Wad had a thread where his friend had made AWESOME gains, and he did something along those lines.
