Hi there, I was reading in a book called Jungle King Secrets and also reading about something from a man named Dr. Lin (who actually does not bother me because he is not really a doctor anyway) that there is supposedly a muscle between the anus and tailbone and I have read that it can be very beneficial to contract and good for the prostate. The problem is I do not know how to find the muscle between the anus and tailbone. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Maybe I am looking for the anal part of the PC muscle. Anyone have any ideas on how to contract this? Is is supposidly above the anus and contracts when you contract the PC muscle. Thanks.

I’ll paste it here for others who may be searching as it’s a bit lost in that thread:

Well Werner said: “First you have to locate the tailbone muscle just above the anus. Put a finger there and one on the PC muscle. Then do a PC contraction. You should feel tightening in both places. Then try to isolate and contract just the tailbone muscle. Within a few days you’ll get it. Just focus on this area through the day and contract it. Soon it will give you warmth, pleasure and energy. Relax and breathe slowly or you will get nowhere.”

OK, I’ve got what you are after. Most Taoist teachers describe it as the sacral pump. Try this: focus your attention on your tailbone/coccyx. Now ‘lift’ the anal sphincter (rather than the PC), like you were trying to stop yourself defecating (shitting), but you only need do it gently. It’s almost as if you were trying to draw air up into your anus, if that makes sense. The whole time focus your attention on your tailbone rather than your anus. After a short while, you may feel some gently ‘pulsing’ . That’s the feeling you are after.
If you don’t get it straight away, don’t keep trying too much or you will over-tire the perineal muscles, which you don’t want to do. Just try for 5 minutes, and if you don’t get it, try again the next day and so on.

I cannot think of any physiological or energetic way it can help with enlargement. That is not to say it has no benefits at all, but they are connected with Taoist sexual qigong, not PE as far as I am concerned, and I have done more of both of those than most people alive. :D

Hey Firegoat, I found some stuff online maybe it will work.

“As I mentioned before, our sexual organs and bladder share the same muscles running from the pubic bone to the tail bone. These muscles not only support the weight of bladder and women’s uterus, but also affect the men’s ability of controlling ejaculation and the women’s vagina strength. For men, contracting these muscles can reduce, or even stop, the semen flux when ejaculating. For women, contracting these muscles can accelerate sexual response to the pressure waves generated by the penis. If women can synchronize the vagina contraction with the penis-generated pressure waves at a period of 0.4 or 0.8 seconds per cycle ( or at a frequency rate of 2.5 or 1.25 cycles per second) during intercourse, the uterus can be tuned into natural contraction in less than a minute. This is a part of Sexual ChiKong practice during sexual intercourse. That is one of the major factors that make the Method of Resonant Orgasms so effective for women to achieve multiple orgasms in a short time. The Method of Resonant Orgasms will force the woman to contract the vagina to synchronize the penis movement inside the vagina. The importance of theses muscles for women is very obvious.

These muscles have been ignored by those who do not practice Sexual ChiKong. In fact, you can exercise these muscles every time you go to the rest room. When you urinate, exercise the muscle between the urethra and anus by a sequence of stopping urination, holding it for several seconds, and letting it go, for several (10 or more) times; this is very important for both sexes to retain the muscle strength for sexual intercourse and urination continency after middle age; Pictures in (A) of the following figure, urinatin.gif, show an example for the movement of the muscle around the female sexual genital during the urination exercise. Women should use their low-abdomen and vaginal muscles to practice this exercise. Men should practice deep contractions of the muscles around the prostate, anus and tail bone without contracting the abdomen while urinating. Incorporating this Sexercise, denoting “Sexual Exercise,” into your daily life can tone your sexual muscles for a healthier life.

Picture (B) shows the joint Sexercise with a deep mediation to recharge their parasympathetic nervous system for mutually massaging their sex organs or for initiating their sex organs for intercourse. The couple should lightly close their eyes with deep, but relaxation, breathing. The woman should use her low abdomen to deeply contract her vagina muscle while inhaling and release the contraction while exhaling; the man should initially focus his mind to the central point between two eyebrows, descend it to the prostate along the Conception Vessel while exhaling, and then move it across the anus to the spinal cord and the Governing Vessel and back to the head while inhaling with a deep contraction of his tail bone muscle as if the anus takes a deep, long breath. This practice should last for 5-10 minutes or until the vagina is well lubricated. The coupling should also incorporate an erotic kiss with the Sexercise to interconnect their bioenergy circuits as shown in figure kisspwr. Gif of Chapter 6.

The man can use this Sexercise to delay his ejaculation during intercourse when he is in a passive role or in a steady state. In fact, this is an extensive application of the Anal Breathing Method.”
