Thanks Firegoat, Hey, Firegoat, by the way, I messaged Werner Ashford a while ago and he just responded and said that the tailbone muscle is the muscle that lifts the anus. :) I have not tried it out yet because I am not sure If it is ok to do after I have jelqued. Is that the same muscle you were talking about? Thanks.

Hey Firegoat, nevermind about my last post. I heard from Dr. Lin to contract my buttocks against the back of my tailbone in order to contract my tailbone muscle. I just tried it today and I think it works. What do you think about that?
