More Accurate PIs

Hey guys
I have been doing PE for over a year now. I have gained about 1 inch total in length almost at 7 inches BPEL was stuck there for a long time. I managed to gain 5 inches MSEG but lost almost half and inch in BPEL. I’m at 6 ½ now. Since my dick is pretty much well conditioned I am trying out Mem,s Momentous Rapid Gain Mech Mem’s Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism currently on week 2 will report later. I’m doing this routine to the T.
Anyways back to the point. I wanted to talk about another reason guys may be having ED or their PI’s may be off. I think for a man to truly know if their PI’s are good or bad due to their routines, is to lay off the PORN for good.
I’m saying this because I was having a real bad time getting real hard when spending time with my wife. I would only last 1 round and that was it. I have been off of PORN for 3 weeks and I have noticed a really big difference in my performance with my wife. I have been able to orgasm 3 times now when I have not been able to since my early 20’s. I also noticed that my PI’s have improved much more after my PE workouts. I am pretty much rock hard all the mornings and at nights. I get hard all the time especially when it matters the most with my wife.

I looked up the author on YouTube and the author has some videos where he speaks about the effects on men when they watch PORN. Although I have been on and off of Janus Bifron’s exercises, I cannot say that his exercises were the main reason my ED went away because I was into PORN when I was doing the Angion Method as a matter of fact, I had to be on PORN just get hard enough to perform the AM.
I guess the main thing here is that for a man to truly know if his PI’s are accurate is for a man to be honest with himself and ask himself if he is into PORN or not. Maybe that should be one of the health questions on this forum to keep an eye on stats and PI’s. I’m bringing this up because people may be cheating themselves out of good PE sessions when they notice their dicks don’t get as hard as they used to and they blame it on a good PE workout instead of blaming it on PORN. Just want to know if anyone else has quit porn and has seen better results in their sex lives, more orgasms etc.
