Recently, I went through a couple of months of FANTASTIC PI’s, and I think some growth although I wasn’t due for a measure so I can’t be sure. I typically do PE4-5 days a week with the weekends off. 2 sundays ago, I had some time, was horny and shit and alone. I hit up some porn and my dick was so fuckin big I had to clamp it off. I’ve been doing 2 clamps regularly for months now. I just couldn’t believe my length and expansion. I was so hopped up, I decided to go for 3 clamps. My normal 2 at the base and one in the middle of the shaft. It felt awesome!! After my set, I popped off and didnt think much about it. I woke up the next morning with horrible PI and have ad them ever since (about a week now).

I’m curios what causes this. I mean, there was no bruising, swelling, or any other sign of injury. I did get some red dots from the pressure.

I’ve always read about and listen to my PI’s, but never though about what causes it. Anyway, have any idea why I would go from having such great PIs to horrible PIs in just 1 bad session?

Overtraining needs recovery. Take a week off from any PE or edging etc. and your PI’s should return.

Clamping is extremely hard on the dick, especially the way you did it, so I’m not surprised you need rest.

I love clamping but gave it up for that reason. It wasn’t fair on my wife.

Thanks guys - I know I need to take a break to recover, and thats not a problem. Maybe Ill actually get some stuff done around the house now. I guess where I was going on with this is, what are the physical reasons for the lower physical indicators? What is happening physically that causes me to weaker erection?
