I just found sparky’s thread about PI’s. Wow, was it ever helpful.

Those are the list of your basic PI’s. And honestly, at this point, with my hanging and squeezing and cable clamping, I have experienced nothing but negative PI’s. My erections are so weak they almost feel like I am completely soft. My flaccid size is TINY. I won’t even let my girlfriend see my unit soft anymore, because of how small it’s gotten. Discoloration as you guys have seen in pics has gotten out of control. This is just gotten out of hand. Taking a full week off, and seeing how I feel.

I am 21 years old with a minimal sex drive, and on the same note, ZERO morning wood. :mad:

Glad you are taking some time off. If you resume PE, start on a different tac. Drop the routines that get you into trouble and do only those that seem to be stimulating. If jelking works and clamping doesn’t, do jelking.

Problem is, so many of us new to PE get too excited about it. We want gains. We want them fast. PE is a slow process. If somebody gets an inch in two months, good for him. But he is a rarity.

Sparky did a nice job on summarizing his list of PIs and took his time compiling it. It is worth a read to any newbie coming to Thunders, and oldbies, too.

Yeah, it looks like you may need to change things up a bit.

I’ll tell you, my routine is all about PIs. I actually beleive you can accelerate your routine better if you are sensitive to them. I know I know, I have been a huge supporter of the Less is More campaign, and I actually still am. But I believe that once you are in tune with your PIs and really understand your body language you can adjust or add to routine very easily and have it succeed in a short amount of time. I know this may sound confusing, but bear with me. I started off a little over two weeks ago with the newbie routine (actually only 5 minutes of manual stretches). I am now up to 20 minutes of manual stretches (in two sessions), 5 minutes of combined jelq squeezes and Uli’s (extremely light), and 250 3 sec jelqs.

Now while it may appear that this is a rather intense increase over a relatively short amount of time, my PIs are stronger now than they have ever been in my life (really no exageration there). My FH is awesome, my morningwood is stronger than ever, and my overall penis condition (feel, coloration,elasticity) is incredible. I have been able to add to my routine and know really within the day (well, maybe a day and a half) whether or not that addition would work for me. All of this in two weeks, how? Because I was focusing all of my energy in trying to understand my PIs and how different things effect them, even down to my diet and mental attitude. Although I have not measured, so therefore don’t know if I have gain, that is really a second thought to me now. Penile health has actually become more of a motivating force for me than size (I can’t believe I actually said that).

I feel that this approach (again, for me) will produce my best gains over time.

I completely agree with what was said here. The PI’s are what is really important. Because honestly I have gotten to the point where there isn’t even a point in having a large unit, because I do not at all use it, with so low of a sex drive. Now at the same time, I don’t want to overdo it as I get back into it. I am going to take it nice and easy, maybe even just do 10 minutes or light jelqing to start. Nothing too intense, at all.

Any feedback at all on how long it takes to get back into it? I have taken 3 days off now and my flaccid size is still extremely tiny, and my erections are weak, and the skin on my shaft feels very sensetive. :(

Sincerely… I can’t speak as a vet here (because I’m not one, not by a long shot), but I think you literally need to forget about everything to do with your dick for a while, probably 2-3 weeks. Just do whatever else it is you do, work/study, drink a few beers, go shopping, laugh with mates etc. In other words, rejoin the vast majority of the human race and simply ignore what your unit looks/feels like, even when you pee.

The time-out you need to take is at least as much psychological as it is physical!

Fine words of wisdom, but a year late.

Hey, defininatly take time off. I would say at least two weeks or more. I would try adding a good supplement also (like one multivitamin and one penis enhancement vitamin.) Try a vitamin e lotion as well (morning and night).

Old thread I understand but I wanted to chime in.

I used to hang as well, and I suffered pretty much all of the PI`s as well. I comforted myself with the thought that it was something I had to suffer for the time being.

Very weak erections, decreased sex drive, etc.

Eventually I quitted hanging, because I really didn`t have the time to do it! Being a very active guy, not having too much time at home etc, I was killing myself just trying to get in minimum hang time daily. Just 3 X 20 minutes was an effort, but I usually did more.

For hanging to work I believe you really need to have the time to patiently and carefully do it. If you stress a lot trying to squeeze in hang time, that alone might kill your erections. It might not be for everyone anyway.

Btw, clamping also killed my erections, although other guys report the opposite. It might have been that my dick was slightly damaged prior to that though.

Any way, due to a injury and a new schedule among other things I quitted PE. I can tell you that my erections and sex drive are back on top!

If you take some time completely off, I`m confident that you will back in shape at least in a month but probably earlier.
