I’m having a hard time to hold the grip when I do manual streching.. Is there something I can use?

squares of toilet paper work very well but you have to replace them very often. So I would recommend a paper tissue, the ones you use to blow your nose. Anyway I’ve also heard that a piece of a rubber swimming cap works perfect perfect perfect.
