Finally, registrations have opened!! Lol

I have been lurking thunders for about 6-8 mths while reintroducing myself to the concept of PE (came across it about 2 years ago - unfortunately at the cost of $50 to some cheesy website which sucked) Oh well, it led me to Thunders which I am glad for.

I have had little 2-3 week stints in these past 2 years, but my busy life has always managed to take back over and my PE just stopped.

I am here to stay this time, and am going into my third week right now (on a simple newbie routine) 3 days on, 1 day off (sometimes I do 2 days on, 1 day off) just depending on how busy I am and what’s going on in my life I guess.

My current BPEL is about 5.7” and I have a goal to get to 7” (hopefully soon!). Haven’t measured girth but am looking to get around to it asap!

In just these short 3 weeks I have experience significant EQ results. So much so that my gf of only 4 months said to me the other day, “this is the hardest your cock has ever been” .. So that was nice to hear! Looking forward to getting some nice long results (pun intended).

Routine consists of:

5 min hot wrap (small towel under burning hot water, then applied to my pubic region - do this 3 times or so as I have to re-wet/heat periodically)
15 min stretching (30-40 second stretches - up, down, left, right, straight out)
200-300 wet jelqs (2-3 second strokes)
Cool down with a hot shower.sometimes after a brief 8-10 minute edging session (with ejaculation as a reward for my commitment :p )

I plan on sticking to this routine for another 5-6 weeks before adding on any new exercises. My main priority is increasing flaccid length and erect length. EQ is pretty good overall.

My current routine takes up about 35-40 minutes of my time, I don’t see myself ever being able to commit more than 45-50 minutes to PE on a daily basis, max an hour I guess.. That said, what do you all think would be the best next exercise to throw into my routine, given my goal of length gains (flaccid and erect) - I have already noticed some minor positive results in flaccid hang.

Thanks ivory, I’ve read about these ADS’s .. Are they discrete? I’m always walking around my office, interacting with people etc.. Would hate to have my penis device detected! Lol

What kind of gains have you had with the ADS? If you could share your before/current stats that’d be great.

Is there some sort of comprehensive exercise breakdown? One area that lists all the different exercises, and how to perform them, and what they aim to accomplish.. ?

This would be extremely helpful as I read about all these different exercises, but can’t find out what they are or how to do them (ie. Uli’s, V-Stretch, Horses, etc etc) .. Not to say I am going to incorporate any into my routine as of yet, but I think knowing about them might help me plot my route to world domination.. I mean, a larger penis.

So I’m coming up on my first month and can tell you that my EQ is a 10. ROCK hard and loving it. I have gained about .25” and I’m just a hair below 6” total. I think a bit of this can be attributed to my EQ gains.

Although I am mainly sticking to the standard newbie routine, today I threw in some curveballs.

Did about 15 mins of stretching, in which I included some BTC stretches (2 sets of 35-40 seconds) and did some V-stretches. I liked having these variations in my routine and think I am going to continue increasing how much I incorporate them into my overall routine. I’ve heard nothing but good things about them both.

Finally, one other change, which I wanted some feedback on. My cock is fairly well conditioned (used to fuck at least 6-7 a week until I started seeing this girl who lives far, and I only see her on weekends - but I still jerk off close to daily.. Usually after an edging session, but not always).. Doing too much, too soon, toughens up the tissues of your penis - they adapt to high levels of force by becoming more resistant to it.

So ideally you want to do the minimum you can, while still getting gains. We all tend to think ‘more is better’, and we like to experiment and try new exercises, and that’s fine to do occasionally, but the best gains we ever get are the ‘newbie’ gains, when the penis is responsive to exercise because it hasn’t toughened up yet; no point throwing away those gains by doing things that will toughen it up too early on!
