Low LOT what to expect
Hi everyone
I am a newbie but have actually spent hours investigating and reading all about this PE ordeal.l I recently started a routine from the website mattersofsize I have been doing the exercises for about 4 months now and no gains for about the past month. I recently also came upon the LOT theory and was kind of discouraged to find that my LOT is about 7:30 could someone please tell me if I should keep at the same routine I’m doing.g or should I start stretching upward or am I ever gonna see any good gains at all as far as length goes? Is there anyone with Low LOT that has made good gains stretching the tunica or stretching in some other way. I really appreciate anyone that can help me. THX
