Low LOT what to expect

Hi everyone

I am a newbie but have actually spent hours investigating and reading all about this PE ordeal.l I recently started a routine from the website mattersofsize I have been doing the exercises for about 4 months now and no gains for about the past month. I recently also came upon the LOT theory and was kind of discouraged to find that my LOT is about 7:30 could someone please tell me if I should keep at the same routine I’m doing.g or should I start stretching upward or am I ever gonna see any good gains at all as far as length goes? Is there anyone with Low LOT that has made good gains stretching the tunica or stretching in some other way. I really appreciate anyone that can help me. THX

Hi there Blasphemous - why do you call it an ‘ordeal’? I’m having great fun with this, it’s my new ‘hobby’ - the benefits aside from getting a bigger penis are worth the effort alone: better, stronger, harder erections, more powerful ejaculations etc.

Anyway, to answer your question; my LOT is down around 6.5 and therefore all of my stretching is UPWARD! I’m a couple of weeks away from my second set of measurements and will post them here for you but I think I can already see gains in length after only 16 days.

I warm -up, jelq, stretch, and clamp 1 to 2 times a day for 20 minutes and take weekends off.

It’s a long haul for most of us my friend. So try to make it enjoyable an not an ordeal or you won’t stay the course. :)

Thx for answering my first post on this awesome site. I did not mean ordeal in that way, I do find that PE it’s quite enjoyable and do not feel like it is a task or duty I enjoy it quite a bit. It’s just there is so much information to take in that I have no idea whats right or wrong. As far as LOT goes I don’t know I guess you are right just stretch upward. Any one else any thoughts?

I find the downward stretch isolates the ligs better.

Just so you know, using “thx” instead if thanks, or any chat speak for that matter, is highly frowned upon at Thunder’s. There are lots of members from other countries that have a very hard time understanding what you are trying to say. Just follow the Forum Guidelines, respect other members, don’t piss Thunder off, and you will love it here. There is a lot of information to find and read, don’t let it overwhelm you, just take in some at a time.

If you’ve spent hours investigating and reading why haven’t you found the threads saying that the LOT theory has been discredited and that it should be ignored? I just answered a post about this yesterday: Finding LOT

I stumbled across the LOT theory (as obviously the original poster did) as a newbie and had no idea that it had been ‘discredited’. Thanks for the links Westla - If it’s to be ignored why is it still prominent on the site?

I don’t understand how it has been discredited. I mean I understand that not everyone agrees with the theory but it is not the only site I have found that discusses it. I will continue no matter what it says to follow the routine I am following now, and it does encourage me to think that maybe the LOT theory is false and I will not struggle 4 years to gain an inch, ha thank you guys again for clearing it up for me

blasphemous - If you’re no longer gaining you need to ramp up your exercises or try something different. Plateaus are not unkown. Sometimes you just have to get through a slow period to start gaining again. Some guys find growth after taking a break. Perhaps it’s time for you to try that.

I see that you are a person that knows what your talking about. So like last week I only did the exercises three days out of the week, so for me that’s was obviously like taking a brake I train 5 or 6 days a week. A the girl I had been dating told me I had a small penis and it really caused me some damage so I went to the city a drank for like 3 days but anyhow I’m back on track now, except I feel that it was enough time off, but maybe you are referring to 2 weeks off or something like that, I have been doing PE for three months now newbie routine for a month and a half. And my routine now is.
700 double jelqs mixed with compression squeezes, with 50 V- stretches before jelqing, do you think that is to advanced? Also I thought that the more you beat up your penis the more tissue it will re-build, but then I find that so manypeoplel say to take it very slowly but I find that gainers like DLD have really done their routine 7 days a week, so what am I to do?

Blasphemous, if you have a little spare time, you might find it enlightening and/or entertaining to do a search of the archived messages for “DLD” or “doublelongdaddy”. You’ll find enough to get you through a beer or two.

Although I am a member of MOS and have met DLD in person, I don’t believe everything he writes or says. Far from it. You need to do things that make sense to you and not follow the “teachings” of someone who considers himself a guru. I don’t know what “double jelqs” or “compression squeezes” are (no doubt both © copyright 2007 by DLD/MOS), but they sound advanced. And if you’ve been at this for six weeks or more you should be ready for advanced things. What you’re currently doing sounds like a lot, but what that means to me may mean something else to you. Overtraining can inhibit gains.

Yes, I was talking about a longer break than three days. Read about deconditioning breaks in this thread.

Forget what the girl said. They say those things to make you feel bad even if they aren’t necessarily true. Never let someone else’s words determine how you feel about yourself.

You should be careful trusting what he claims, do a little researching on him and you will be shocked. I spent several days reading the history (posts) of DLD and T’s Place and all I can say is I am glad to have found Thunder’s first and not MOS.

Just do what is best for you, and many people will tell you that quantity over quality will never get you better results.

I feel like I have gotten some real answers. I was really freakin about what to do cause I had nobody to turn to and being a dude that’s 6’7 it’s kinda tough sometimes, not having a huge penis especially since I’m always getting comments on or jokes of that my dick must be huge, a lot of girls actually even approach me at party’s or social events with that thought on their mind. So I am gonna go to the infinities of this world to get a big penis. I guess I have a hell of a lot to learn though. I am very grateful for the help in my first thread.
