Oh No I Have A Low Lot

After reading Bids lot theory I was excited to find out what mine was because I’d like to start hanging soon. But I tested it my LOT is at 7:00. Can A Newbie have a low lot like that did I do it wrong and if not is hanging best for me to make length gains. I want to gain 2in. Over the next year and I thought it was possible but now I’m not sure. Thanks for all you help guy’s happy gains

Keep in mind that the LOT theory is just that, a theory. It has not been thoroughly tested and I don’t think you should stress about it too much.

And yes, you probably didn’t do anything wrong. Your LOT has nothing to do with how much PE you have done.

Starting size: 7"x5.25" bp

Current size: 7.25"x5.875" bp

Goal size: 8.75"x6" bp

Don’t worry about it. Do what you had planned to do as though you had never read about LOT.

To set up a goal for yourself is good, but limiting the time to reach the goal is not really “good” :D Just work on your routine correctly and make it “always” safe then you’ll be more excited than having dicovered you LOT :D

LOT is just a theory as everyone mentioned above, you’ll need lower LOT to start hanging.

A newbie has different LOT, even I was not so sure about my LOT when I first started PE, but I believe it was a round 9:30.

Manual stretching is recommended for newbie who want to gain in length. So keep it up.

There are some very knowledgeable members that believe LOT doesn’t really apply. At any rate, as was pointed out, LOT is a theory. Two inches in one year doesn’t happen, or if it does it’s rare. Don’t rush into hanging. You should simply follow the newbie routine to start with (read and understand well it before beginning). If you do get into hanging later on, you need to make sure you’ve read, read, read about it first. Make especially sure you know all the precautions. It’s quite dangerous if not done properly. You only have one dick. In fact, all the various exercises are unsafe if not done properly.

Sounds to me you haven’t read enough here to begin with, or you would know that 2 inches in the first year is unrealistic, hanging too soon isn’t recommended, and that LOT theory isn’t believed by everyone. I’m pointing this out because I don’t want you to get injured because you rushed into exercises.

Cool thanks for all the feed back I have been doing the newbie routine for a little bit and read on this site for a long time before I started to do any thing my self. My goal Of 2 in. My first year are really all the gain I want it length and it doesn’t happen is a year that cool I’m young have a lot of time. I was really concerned about because when posted about hang I was told to read about the LOT theory. And a lot of the guys that had good gains seem to go by this and I want to do what ever it takes to be safe and have great gains it’s good to hear the lot theory isn’t carved in stone and maybe I’ll reconsider hanging over more manual stretching. But I have to say thank to all of you for your giving me advice

Just to let you know that I’ve gained almost ~1.75 cm (0”.68) by doing only manual stretching and jelqing for these two months. So everything is possible :D
