low LOT and stretching tunica then how?

low LOT and stretching tunica then how?

as far as I know about LOT theory, one like me with low LOT(my case LOT at 7:30) should work on ONLY stretching tunica, which means stretching up. Is that right? then is there any ways to do that? I think most ways of stretching is about stretching down. Also, I am thinking of buying stretching device(like penimaster). Can I work on tunica stretch with this device? if so, how?

Think about it, stretch upwards toward the ceiling. You can change it up in many different ways, upwards to the left, upwards to the right and so on. Also the LOT theory is just that- a theory. Tunica gains usually take longer than ligament gains, so why not try to hit length in every possible way? Might as well stretch your unit up, down and everywhere in between. Just my opinion.

I agree, I have a very high lot, 10-10:30 and I do some V stretches and an upward stretch after my downwards ones. Gain every way you can!
