Low LOT routine??


I’m just wondering which direction is best to jelq when having a low LOT…has anyone experimented and found other ways to jelq and have gotten faster or better gains?


Just jelq and stretch upwards. Jelquing at 70% (or over) erection would be good, since I think that lower pressures won’t do much for lower LOT guys. I’ve gained almost 3/8” doing just dry upward jelquing at higher erection levels, and some A-stretching as well, during last three months.
