My lot is 8:30-8:00, I am really working on the ligs to max those out, are you doing a lot of hight lot exercises IE, OTL, or streching toward the chin?

Yes, I mean ligs. I’m doing some manual stretching (pull toward the chin, 30 secs / rep for about 5 mins) before pumping and jelqing. Is my stretching routine not intense enough?

How long have you been doing this stuff? Pulling towards chin is a tunica exercise, you need to stretch in the lower angles in order to stretch the ligs.

I’ve heard that when you have low LOT, you have a tight tunica. It has to be stretched toward the chin to loosen it up. Am I mistaken?

When you have a low LOT, you have loose ligs, but yes, you should stretch the tunica and this is done by stretching towards chin or straight out.

What I meant by asking how long you have been doing is, that your routine isn’t very intense one. Unless you have PE’ed less than 3 months, you should probably increase the amount of work.

What can I do to add more intensity? Any thoughts on this stretching routine with the power jelq device?

Add more reps. Remember to regain the bloodflow between the reps.

I don’t understand why you’d stretch with that toy when you can do it better manually….
