Hmm, I was told the opposite - stretches can tire the penis quickly.. Therefore, if aiming for length over than girth, jelq first, then stretch second. So confusing!

Jelq first, because it’s easier to stretch right after jelqs. But jelqs are heavier on your penis than stretches. You can injure or overtrain with stretches if pulling full force or using too much force when grabbing under the glans. Hope it makes things a bit more clear. :)

Thanks marinera, also, glad you brought that up.. When I do my stretches, I usually grip myself between the area where my glans and shaft meet. Sometimes, my penis will slowly escape me, therefore causing annoying pinches. Point being, where is the best place to stretch from? My head isn’t as big as my shaft.. I have a smaller helmet (which I plan to fix soon), therefore making it easier for my penis to slip out of grip.

Baby powder or towel helps. I also use an inverted knuckle grip (exercise: search for :) ). Finally, flaccid dry jelqs can be a good alternative to stretches.

Is my extra skin supposed to bunch up as I move up my shaft or do I not have enough of an erection?
