Just joined after watching tv programme and would like to know if anyone has encountered problems such as pain/bleeding/erection problems once they have been on the programme for a couple of weeks.

I have no personal problems and enjoy a great sex live but it would be nice to get the girth up and maybe a little bigger to look at when soft

Welcome aboard joneseya. PE has a degree of risks, like say athletic training. One can have erection issue when overworked; pain in PE should never be felt, bleeding is a sign one has done a big mistake - generally because too greedy of fast/big gains.

PE as advised by vets as a very low level of danger and is good for penis health. But it requires a considerable amount of commitment - and, foremost, consistency.

Whats goin on guys, true novice here both to the site and this field.

Just finished the “newbie routine”, went about as well as could be expected the first time.

My size has been a source of discontentment and insecurity for a while now so I’m pumped (haha) to be here and do something about it.

Before I started taking pro solution pills and doing the exercises I was a wimpy 6 1/4 ” erection and on the skinny side . After awhile I became 7” erection and 6” girth . After learning about clamping on this site ,doing it for the past month along with jelqing I am now 7 1/2 ” erection and 7” girth . Going for 8” .

Hey I just joined last week and this is my first post. My starting states are BPEL: 7.2” and EG: 5” My goals are pretty much the same as most a BPEL of 8” and EG of 6”. Well wish me luck. I wish everyone else luck as well.

Getting started

Hey what’s up,
Became a member of this place today but I’ve been reading stuff about PE for months now, decided to give it a shot.
I already found a decent looking newbie routine and just had my first “exercise?”, all went well and my dick feels kinda heavy and sore so I guess I did something right :P

Routine:

- 3 minute wake up cloth
- 5 minute stretching (all sides)
- 100 wet Jelqs in about 8 minutes
- 2 minute wake up cloth

Also 2 x 15 kegels a day, which will increase over the weeks/months

When it comes to consistency it’s not gonna be an issue of lacking moral fibre but one of privacy :P
I still live at home and don’t have a sink/tap in the room so I’d have to venture over to the bathroom now and then, which might be awkward since I still have my parents and brother living here.

So I’m gonna do my best to stick with this routine.

I just had some questions about how many days in the week I should do this routine, other tips and pointers are always appreciated. :D

My current stats:

6.6 inches in length
5.9 inches in girth

Goals for this moment:

7 inches in length
6 inches in girth

Welcome on TP, Mighty thor. Your routine seems good enough. A 2 on/1 off could be a good schedule for the first month, a 3 on /1 off for the next months.

After being consistent for some months on the newbie routine, you could start experimenting something different. “Advanced” techniques are not making newbies gaining faster - they will make them stalling earlier.
