I don’t see any reason that you’d lose any girth. Our penises are not really like taffy. :)

Don’t spend much time worrying about your wife’s ex. First of all, she’s with you,not him. Secondly, it’s highly improbable that he was anywhere near as large as she described. Women are notoriously inaccurate at measuring or estimating sizes.

I know in the rational part of my brain that my size is just fine, but it’s that little voice that won’t be ignored that is motivating me.

I recently joined the forum. I have never posted as I find most of the answers to my questions. I had to post today as I have measured the largest I have ever measured before. 6.75 in BPEL. Nearly 5.2 EG. Not huge by any means but after starting out around 5.8 BPEL and 4.8 EG I am feeling great! Major difference and I just want to keep the gains coming!

Perhaps not huge, but plain large, yes. average +1 inch in length and average +.5 inch in girth. Big.
What’s your routine, how long have you been doing it and what are your goals?

Feb 2016: 173 mm BPEL (6.81") 132 mm MEG (5.20")

March 11th '17: 190 mm BPEL (7.48") 135 mm MEG (5.32")

Goal: A sustained 7.7" by 5.8" during intercourse

I moderately jelq about 3 times a week. Bathmate in the morning Monday-Friday. I feel the biggest difference maker is traction 6-7 days a week. I’m not afraid to take a off day if I need it or if my EQ is down just a bit. 3hrs a day is my floor, but I really focus on 4-6 hrs per day. (Traction) I’m going to keep up with this until I stop gaining. I always measure unpumped. Pumped is another story! 😳 Big ole fatty!

Yeah it wasn’t 12 inches. I think you have it pegged correctly at someplace between 8” to 9”. I have met women that have told me they measured. When I pressed them about how they measured they admitted it was without a ruler. It was with their hands and then measuring their hands when they got home. Obviously that is extremely unreliable.

Also if some chick tried measuring me and did the classic from the thigh or ass measurement, there is no way I am going to tell her she is doing it wrong. Most likely I would tell her that sounds about right. Now tell your friends.

Now being serious, if you are consistent and dedicated you can make your goals. When you do your volume will be very impressive because of your great starting girth.

Hi everyone, been lurking for a while.

I am 5.2 inches NBPEL, 5.5 inches BPEL and 4.9 MSG. I’ve been stretching and doing kegels for a few months with zero erect gains, here’s what I’ve been doing:

Warm up with a hot towel for ~3 min and then I’ve been following the stretching program of the “JP 90 day routine”. I did that about 4-5 times a week for 3 months. After that I’ve now switched to “tension stretches”, I’m doing ten 20 second reps per day at the moment, been about 2 weeks since I started this new stretch and it feels much stronger.

My flaccid hangs a bit more often and longer than it used to but it mostly turtles up like it did before I started PE. I am a hopeless grower so I’m thankful for any flaccid gains I can get but I haven’t noticed any erect gains at all.

I haven’t been jelqing due to fear of harming myself or conditioning my penis to a tight grip. I’m mostly concerned with my short(ish) length anyway.

Perhaps someone more experienced has any advice? I’ve been thinking of stretching for longer each day.

One month is still too early to be expecting huge results. Flaccid improvement is often the first sign that things are going well. I’d suggest starting the Newbie Routine and starting to incorporate jelqing into your regimen. Proceed carefully, paying strict attention to your PIs, and consider using constant heat. It makes a difference. Good luck.

I started for the same reason as you Joelam1te! It may sound ridiculous but for 15 years I assumed I was the biggest the wife had, had. Which is pretty dumb considering I’m dead average and I never asked. She didn’t get into specifics she just said I was shorter than him and thicker (how can that be I’m only 5” around?) anyway I feel your pain brother; I want to be the big kid on the block or at least very very fulfilling! Thanks for the welcome. I’m still trying to figure out the best way to get started that will work with my routine - I’m not going to be sharing my PE work with my wife until she realizes things are different. I also struggle with procrastination, and tend to spend a lot of time in the research phase before actually getting started on a project.


Thanks - and best of luck to you as well. Have you shared your PE plans with your wife, or are you going to keep it under wraps, so to speak, until it’s obvious?

Keeping it stealth for now. Although she has already commented on how much bigger it looks, I’m attributing that to increased EQ because I’m nearing the end of month 1, then I will measure.
