Hello everyone,

Not really active here much, but thought I’d say hello and share an observation;

I’ve just been searching my old user name on other forums which I posted at back in the day. I see posts dating back to July 2004 in which I stated I had been PE’ing at that point for around 18 months. I’m now 28 years old, going on 29 next April.

Crazy to think I first got in to PE in 2003 when I would have been just 15 years old.

Make of the starting age as you may, but I had my reasons. And I’m eternally grateful PE has been a part of my life for this long. It’s been a wonderful hobby.

The only regret? Why was I not consistent. But hindsight is a wonderful thing.

Hi everyone! This is me losing my Thundersplace virginity :P

I just started jelqing 2 weeks ago. I am currently 6,7 inches long (haven’t measured girth yet) and I’m hoping to gain an inch and half. How long would that take?

I jelq for 10-15 mins every other day.

Relative to how long it takes to make gains, it is faster for some and longer for others. There are many variables. In my two years of practicing I can say I have made 0.5” in length and 0.25” in girth. So maybe that puts me into the slow gainer category. For me it’s just something I do and realize the results are at least for me, somewhere out into the far future. I take it as just part of my life style.

You have come to the right place, there are great people here with much experience and are ready to help.

Most important thing is to ease into it and avoid injury. There are theories relative to using the least amount of stress possible that still provides results. Too much force in the beginning can limit your full potential.

Others can better articulate what I am saying here, but there is much to think about.

Also, look for a section to begin asking questions or search for threads that might have already answered your question.

I’m a 36 year old guy, always been in relationships, never had any thought about my size until I became 35 and single. Just bought a Bathmate..

My current size is 6,7” x 5” (lenghtxgirth)

My goal is 8x6, I don’t think that is unreachable.

Any tips on how long that would take ?

Read the forum on and off over the years and had several false starts but looking to commit to a regular routine.

At 5.75 in length and 6 in girth so going to mostly focus on length gains. I’m thinking that’s going to involve more stretching with less aggressive jelqing (once as get past my newbie gains) but still researching.

Wish everyone new and old good luck in reaching their goals! We’re all gonna make it :)

There is no telling honestly. It could take any amount of time. Take it easy. Read up and you’ll make gains towards that goal in no time.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Question about how actual growth happens

First, I’m new here, but have been watching, learning and reading for over a decade with an on again/off again relationship with PE. I love what it can do and the way it makes me feel, but life would often get in the way, and you know how that goes. Anyway, I seem to be in a good place to pick it back up and am excited to start again.

I have a medical background and know enough to know physiology and anatomy, but in all of the reading I’ve done, there are a few things for which I haven’t been able to find the answers and I’m hoping that someone can help with some clarification.

1. Relative to sex or masturbation after a routine, are we getting growth by keeping the penis in the “enlarged” state for a period of time like a good muscle pump, or is it just the act of the routine that does it, like a great workout? If it’s the former, does having sex and seeing it diminish in size after ejaculation (as happens with me) unimportant in the whole process (along with the accompanied decrease in testosterone)?
2. How exactly does the penis tissue grow? Are we multiplying cells or are we simply getting hypertrophy and if it’s the latter, what cells exactly are being enlarged?
3. I’ve heard many posters compare muscle development (I.e.-gym routines) to PE, but I can’t seem to understand how the two are the same. Physiologically, the tissue of the penis is radically different than muscle in the pecs or biceps and the workouts have radically different effects physiologically. We’re not exercising muscle like we would when lifting at the gym. We’re stretching and forcing blood, which is fundamentally different. The recovery is very different and if the penis were to develop in a similar manner to a guy with a 34 inch chest becoming a 40 inch chest in a year, well, you get the point. I don’t think I understand how rest days or time off play a role because I admit that I don’t really understand how growth actually happens. Rest is useful when there is muscle damage and it’s allowed to repair. I don’t understand the true muscle damage here and with the increased vascular supply, it should recover way faster because of the body’s ability to get the cascade of inflammatory by products to the area quicker.

Note that I am not a doubter in any way. I’ve seen the gains happen in my own life, so I know it’s for real. I just want to understand more about it and hoping that someone can give me some sort of answer.

Sex and masturbation don’t take, for most of us, that much time, so I don’t believe that growth will happen while doing it. Healing and recovery occurs through day, but most of it while we sleep.

Personally, I do some edging (dry masturbation), after the PE workout, to diminish the presence of edema fluids from pumping. Also edging to keep the hardness always at 100%.

Or the growth could be our penis capability of “holding” more blood.

What’s good guys.. 21 year old, just starting out and committing to this after finding out about it a couple years back. Starting measurements are 6.25x 5.5 I believe.
