I started writing my thing here so I will just continue writing here. The purple spots are gone now. I didn’t know it will take so long for these purple spots to heal. I got A LOT of veins on my penis now. Looks like some old guys penis or something. I fucked up a little bit over here. One time I tried some edging and noticed my glans was loosing it’s shape fairly quick and it was smaller that the shaft. I wanted to give some rest to my penis so I rested all week. I got morning woods and spontaneous erections. The problem is I’m feeling stinging sensation sometimes. Not all the time but sometimes. My penis feels as if I spread some menthol on it. The veins on the right side of my penis are very pronounced to the point the penis looks like it’s got a bump sometimes when half flaccid half erect. The bump is on the spot where it was purple before. I don’t feel any pain or numbness, just this stinging sometimes. Sometimes I notice my head is maybe a little bit pale on the bottom when I’m flaccid but ok when I’m erect. I have full sensitivity. I know I haven’t injured myself bad but I have this girl coming in two weeks and I don’t know if I this will get better by then. I don’t do any masturbation but I can’t help to have a strong erection in the morning. I usually feel this stinging when I go flaccid after I have a hard erection. I bought some leg veins supplement and butchers broom. I will eat some bananas. I was going to see a doctor if this stinging stays for another week. What you think?

Also not sure where to put this question but which pump should I buy? I can link the one I have and maybe tell me if I should get a new one or not!

Welcome, SirDidymus. There’s a ton of information in the pumpers forum. Generally speaking, a pump with a gauge is probably priority one. If the pump you have doesn’t have a good gauge, it’s really more of a toy and most likely won’t give you the results you want. Have you done the Newbie Routine yet?

I found you in college a few years ago.. Probably around the beginning. Never bought into the idea of PE, did not think it would work. At all.

Boy was I wrong.

I’m a little older now and life has hit me very hard but since then. In spite of this, I landed a decent job again, bought a house, saved big and am focusing in on my ideal weight. I feel really good. There was always the self consciousness about my cock though. I was just worried that a girl would think I wasn’t big enough. Dating was awkward and I took it hard.

The things that I have learned on this forum have changed my life.

I learned that 5.5” thick is pretty decent and that my 6 3/16 BPEL cock just keeps growing. I started only a few weeks ago and I am just 1/3” from my goal of 6.5 x 5.5 (A Swedish rifle caliber, HAHA). I just can’t fathom it. It just can’t be true. Did I win the lottery?

It works well.. Maybe it is because I am so flexible. I learned this in martial arts as a kid. Just wow though. I have made great gains so far with just the newbie routine.

What you are doing is changing lives. I don’t think that my next time with a cute chick will be so awkward for me.. I feel so much better now that I know the facts about what women want and what I am achieving. I can’t wait to share it with someone :) .

Hello everyone I have been lurking on here for a little while but had not posted till now. I tried PE before but failed to commit and I am going to give it another go.

I started the newbie routine yesterday minus the stretching and I think I may go 2 days on then 1 day off.
My starting measurements are 6in BPEL and 5in EG but I am going to double check.
I have always felt kinda average with my size and am looking to be a little above average(or at least feel that way). If I could gain an inch in length that would be great!
Anyhow, glad to be here this place rocks!

Hey! Just joined today and started the newbie routine three days ago. I am currently taking testosterone injections (500mg testosterone enanthate) and have been for about 6 weeks now for bodybuilding purposes. I’ve read that it may possibly aid me in making length/girth gains too. I guess we will see!

I’ve been knowing of PE for a long time, but I allways thought it didn’t really do anything until y found by chance sites like this. Since then I’ve been lurking searching for useful information and as a learning tool.
I’ve been into stamina for a few years but never really took jelq as an effective tool as it left me allways with a swollen foreskin and turtled penis. Thats what kept me from working on lenght and girth. Now that I discovered dry jelq and noticed this is what it works for me I’m going serious on this for the first time.
I am expectant as to what may come out of this.

I am currently 7.2 BPEL. I will be grateful to end this journey if I reach somewhere 8inch NBPEL. Ideal for me would be adding 2in to my current BPEL but this is going to be quite a journey and I know that for sure. I don’t know how realistic my goals are set but hell, I really want to go for that numbers.

I’m wondering two things as for now. 1 Some people believe you need to gain lenght before doing serious girth work, as it can harden the tissue therefore limiting the gains. 2 hanging, I really don’t know what to think about it.

First off hi everyone!

I’ve been doing PE for a little more than a month I guess. I got sucked in to the whole bathmate thing (no pun intended) no results other than better erection quality.

So after reading and lurking on here for a couple weeks I decided to put the bathmate away for now and start with the newbie routine. Been doing that for a couple weeks now. Thanks alot for your guys’ help!

Currently at 5.5 BPEL and 4.5 EG small side of the average spectrum.
Goal of 7×6
Long way to go any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome MrMachine. I think the Newbie Routine ( or the linear Newbie Routine) is absolutely the best approach for you. Later on, after a few months of conditioning you may want to add pumping to your routine. If you do, ditch the Bathmate and get a good quality pump and cylinder and use that. Good luck.
