But that was four years ago and I haven’t got any since due to depression and trouble finding work, but I’m on the up and up now and decided that I should maintain every aspect of my health. Size will fulfill your wishes and ego only. You don’t need a big penis to promote pleasure and orgasms to your partner (like everything in life, there is exceptions, but they are the minority).

First time posting, been doing PE for over year, lurking (learning). Married ten years, together 15, very happy. Just starting to talk to her about my “exercise routine”, which she laughs about. She is low maintenance and pretty much goes with flow, sex has always been great, routine is more for my own desire/fetish to fill any void she might have.
Recently kicked routine up a few notches; clamping, pumping, jelqing, and daily extending (x4 and bathmate). I have created a spreadsheet in excel (my journal). This tracker provides both actuals and theoretical estimations. My growth variables for forecasting are conservative, which is good because it shows me the reality of how much time real progress can take, but also shows me that amazing opportunities are just few years ahead, assuming consistent work.
Definitely out of all my exercises, clamping has been the most interesting. As I believe it is contributing to my most recent girth gains. I have also begin adding heat sessions at night. I have been clamping 3-5 times a day, but sets are no more than 10 minutes, which I don’t anticipate ever increasing that time interval, goal being to side step potential for injury.
Girth has recently increase to almost 5, up from 4.5. It’s has become harder to hold out because of the new sensations that I’m getting from it, so I need to work on this.
I have some anticipation that my wife might begin to inquire about changes in my size sooner rather than later, concern being that she will ask me to stop. My hope is that I am wrong and she just continues to take what I present, this would be great and allow for continued years of practice, results and new experiences.

I think that a lot of us who experienced good girth gains found that our partners grew in their ability to accommodate our new size. Hopefully, that’ll be the case for you. Good luck and stay in touch.
I wanted to see if I can get any gains and improve my sex game with some of the exercises presented here. I have been reading your forum for a while now and I find it very interesting. I’m 25 years old and I did some PE when I was a teenager but I didn’t have patience for it and gave up. My penis size is regular. Fully erect BP is 4.75 inch girth by 6 inch long. I don’t have a goal I’m looking to see where it takes me. I do these kegel exercises for a couple of weeks now. I do like 160 of them daily. Couple of times a week.
I remember when I did them back in the day I was able to prevent ejaculations and come multiple times. Right now it is not as easy anymore. I did manage to repeat this once but only after doing kegels for a while. Initially it was hard for me to do like 30 of these contractions in a row, I’m doing much better now. I think what I want out of it the most is to do more kegel exercises and up it to couple of hundred daily doing it every two days.

Some people recommend reverse kegels for this. I have also tried some edging but I don’t see much benefit of it. I feel like when I do these kegel exercises I can come the first time in five minutes but these exercises let me keep my penis stiff and not ejaculate after I come. After the first time it takes me like twenty minutes to come again. I think that having much more sex will help me with my stamina overall. I try to go to the gym to exercise so that I don’t get tired as easily.
Two days ago I tried some jelqing without a warm up plus I did it too hard and now I got multiple purple spots with one of them as large as half a centimeter on the foreskin halfway down the shaft. I have this brown spot on the bottom of the shaft. I think it was the reason why I gave up on jelqing in my teenage years. I hope the purple spots heal and disappear within a couple of weeks. It would not be good to see them turn brown or stay there. I learned it’s not hard at all to hurt your penis.
