Hello,

I am an absolute newbie with absolutely no experience with PE. I’ve heard something, I’ve heard of some stretches and stuff but I have always heard of it as a waste of time. However, after I saw this forum I kind of think the opposite. Thousands of people doing it with really great results, awesome guide for beginners, plenty of workouts. You guys really know your sh*t.

I am amazed, I will do some reading and then start with the PE.

I am a 21 yo average guy. I believe I am 5.8” BPEL, and I didn’t really measure my girth yet. My FL is ridiculously small, I am an absolute “grower”. You might say the EL is way more important than FL, but I do not last very long tbh, and my girlfriend often likes to have a second round - in which I can’t maintain a full erection, so even if my D is semi-hard, my length is just somewhere between my FL and EL - which is really small. I could do this either by PE, or by lasting longer (I’ve been doing Kegels for one week or so, with any results yet, but I believe they will come), but enlarging by penis would do a huge difference as well..

Just curious: I’ve noticed lot of regular members have their progress in their signature. Is there a thread for the photographic progresses as well?

Take some time to get some good accurate measurements so you can log your progress. You’ll probably find, like a lot of us, that your flaccid size will increase first as well as improved EQ.

Browse around the forum and read a lot.

Stumbled upon this site a day or two ago, and after sifting through a lot of the threads I decided to give PE a shot. Seems like a legit/supportive community so I’m looking forward to making gains with you all!

I’ve already read through a lot of the newbie stuff and just finished the Newbie Routine for the first time (it was quite the experience, haha) but I’m always looking for fresh advice/tips/help/etc.

Don’t overdo it until you’re conditioned to, and
Heat makes a hell of a difference!

On hiatus

Hey everyone, just joined about two weeks ago. Pretty new to PE and been just reading and researching so far. I’ve always been interested in increasing my size as I have always felt small. I’m in very good shape, 5’6” and 155 pounds (muscular), dick wise I’m circumcised and 6” BPEL (not much difference in NBPEL since I don’t really have a fat pad) and currently 5” EG. I have always wanted to increase my size, started with length then realized girth is what women want (particularly my wife). A little over a year ago I did a lot of research and stumbled upon the Bathmate, read many reviews, all seemed to make the device seem great! Snuck out to a sex shop and bought one. Was tricky to use at first, but finally got the hang of it and pumped to max for about 10 minutes to see what the fuss was all about. I will admit, I got a great first time pump, my dick looked and felt huge! Measured 6.5x6”. So I continued, every other day. But I went a little too hard a few too many times and got the infamous discoloration (which I’m still dealing with). I took a break from it about 2 months ago and just let it be. I used it for about a year and got some girth gains (1/4”). Wife hasn’t noticed anything but my discolored dick to which she’ll sometimes say “doesn’t look any lighter”. What I DID notice was the elasticity of my shaft skin. Seems like there’s a lot more skin than before, a lot looser. Sometimes when I’m completely soft and right after a workout, I’ll notice I look uncut as the foreskin goes over my head. Anyone else have this issue?

Any who, I’m back just browsing and decided I’m going to start doing some manual exercises and start VERY slow. Lots of warm up, firegoat rolls, some stretching, kegels, and some jelqing. Think I’ll do this for 6 months and see where I’m at.

Glad to finally join after reading post from here for a while. Maybe I can stick to it and get to my goal of 7x6 (everyone seems to want 8” length but I think that would be too much for my wife since she sometimes complains of too deep in certain positions with my 6”)

You learned quite a bit with your first fling at PE. If you’re going to focus on exercises for now, take a look at the videos we have that show how to do them properly (https://free-penis-enlargement-vide…ndersplace.org/). And I’d remind you to warm up your penis before you start. A good way to do that is with a rice sock: take a big, old sock (without holes), fill up about 2/3 way with uncooked rice, and tie off the end. Stick it in the microwave for 90 seconds, then hold it on your penis to get it nice and toasty before you start. Heat softens the septum, tunica, and ligaments and makes them easier to stretch.

Hey everyone!

I’ve never posted on here before and I just signed up! I’m hoping to get a longer thicker penis, with great last time and love making skills (; haha. But if anyone can give me some tips or lead me to some great beginners threads thatd be awesome! Thank you!

New To PE

This is my routine. I’m a week in about. Glad to be here and hoping this works! Does anyone have any advice?

Warming up with hot washcloth. 5-7 min

Manual stretching in all 4 directions. 4 min

Manual stretch around clockwise. 1 min

Manual stretch around counterclock. 1 min

Manual v and reverse v stretch. 2 min

Wet Jelqing 10 minutes- diff angles. 10 min

50 2-5 second kegels. 3-4 min

Warming down with hot washcloth. 5min

Erect length 5.825
Erect girth 4.75


Started PE 9/17/16

I didn’t know newbie gains from erection quality would be this good! I started PE about a week ago. Before I started I was 8.75x6.3 BPEM now I’m consistently measuring 9.2x6.5 BPEM.

A future Newbie

I’ve been a part of this site for a minute period of time. I’m a 32 year old black male with a roughly 6 1/4” inch penis. The girth is about 5 1/2 Mid erection Girth and about 5 3/8 near the base. These are close approximates taken on the fly. I’ve had a very rough 2 years and I’m finally wanting to get a handle on things in my life. One of those handles is my penis length.

I will not begin PE until next year only because I do not believe in bone pressed erection length as a means for critical measurement (not knocking anyone else who uses this method). I want my penis to look as large as possible and for me, personally, BPEL doesn’t fit the criteria or is relevant to the pure aesthetic look of a longer member. I need to lose about 50 pounds and will be able to lose at least 30 by the end of this year. I would like to have the fat pad reduced as much as possible so that I do not attribute any gained cm/inches to PE when in all actuality it is weight loss.

I will also post beginning pictures as it seems that consistent pictures have an elusive quality on many PE enlargement sites. For my pictures I will post them monthly with measurements and with the ruler always atop of the penis versus alongside the shaft which can give the appearance of a larger member when in fact it isn’t. This progress log will be for all of those who want CONSISTENT pictures that use one measurement style versus multiple measurement styles.

I am new and will probably require lots of instruction but in the interim before I actively start PE, I will learn as much as possible. I plan to have a long PE career, however, there are stipulations. If I don’t gain at least half an inch in the very first year I will terminate the PE process. If at least that half inch is gained then I will continue to perform PE for at least 5 years. I have a goal of reaching at least 8” but optimally 8.5 - 9”. I do not know if this is possible as, well, there aren’t any progress pictures documenting this, however, I will be the first to try and document this journey and all are welcome to join me.

Returning pencil dick

Greetings friends.

I actually found this place several years ago and tried the newbie routine for a while, gained almost 1/2” in EL, but had to quit because my life lost all privacy. Now I’m in a place where I can start back. I’m also married now.

Current BPEL= 6 3/8”; EG = 4 1/4”

My goal isn’t crazy: 7.5 x 5. Some FL and veinyness would be cool too.

I’m on the newbie routine again, and I plan to extend the jelqs to 20 minutes over the next month or so. Then do that 4 times a week for 3-6 months, and see where I’m at.

First Post, and First Question

Hello and thanks to all who have contributed their experience and insights to this forum.

First, a little background and then my question (I have done quite a bit of searching but I haven’t really found the answer yet).

I have always thought my penis size to be on the small side; I wasn’t allowed to play team sports and we didn’t shower after gym in high school so the only frame of reference I had was porn. Reading through the posts on this forum has made me realize that I actually have a pretty average sized dick, and my experience with women has borne that out (never had a size complaint).

My current measurements are BPEL 6.5” and EG 6.2”.

I’ve been married for almost 10 years, and our sex life is still good. The reason I started looking for a way to increase my size seems pretty childish as I sit here typing it, but if I’m honest with myself it obviously has bothered me enough to spur me into action.

My wife’s last long term boyfriend before she met me apparently had a “huge” dick. She said that she actually measured it, and it was close to 12”.

After reading through a bunch of posts here, I realize that she is most likely exaggerating, and while he may have had 10”, it’s more likely that it was 8” or 9”.

Like I said before, our sex life is good, and my wife has never complained to me about the size of my dick. Sometimes she has to stop because she gets sore if I don’t finish within 20 minutes or so.

But it still bothers me that there are parts of her that I haven’t hit yet that her ex did. So here I am, and I’ve learned a lot in the time I’ve been reading.

My goals are to add at least an inch while two would be nice, which I think is achievable. I’m not interested in gaining any girth but I am concerned about losing it.

So, my question - Is it possible to lose girth when focusing on gaining length?

In my mind I’m picturing being stretched out like a piece of taffy - it gets longer but it isn’t as thick anymore.
