Hi, well I am here cause I want to grow my dick ha ha ha, I am pretty small about a little over 5” but it hasn’t stopped me from being with girls, I really don’t care what they think I am just doing this for myself I really want to be able to see myself in the mirror and say damn I got a huge dick.

So heres my story so far

I have gained half an inch in the last 30 days BPEL. I went from 7 to 7.5 my NBPEL went from 6.25 to a little under 6.75. I am not worried about girth right now ill clamp that down as soon as I reach 8 NBPEL, which should be in a few months if things keep going at this rate.

What I’m doing is wrapping a heat pad around my crotch the entire time I’m hanging like some bushman from a tribe.. It helps. I got the bib hanger and recently started on 11 lbs. This is what I’ve been doing that I have not read on here yet.. Yoga. While I’m hanging straight down I stretch my legs as if I’m going to go running, then I lay on the edge of my bed, still hanging straight down, and do twist and turns in some yoga manner. At the end I use a mediocre pump for 10-15 minutes. Girth as increased due to stretching but not significantly, I’m at 5.25 with that.

I can honestly say I have seen my penis get longer every night I have done this. I don’t want to get anyones hopes up or anything but I would like a few other people to try this out and get back to me on it. I hang about 1 hour a day, 3 sets of 20 mins. And I occasionally finish it off with a happy video to congratulate my success. Haha.

Well hello to everyone. Seems like a great site with a lot of great info. I’m about 6.75 x 4.75 right now. More concerned with girth than length. I’d like to see that get to at least 5.5, and if I could get the the unit as a whole to 8x6 that would be great!! Been doing it semi regularly for the last 3 months, but it seems like 2 or 3 days between session is the best I can manage. I need to get it to 1 day between sessions. Right now I’m doing 100 jelqs followed by 10 min pumping at about 5 in Hg 3 times (300 jelqs, 30 min pumping).

Can I be a virgin more than once? :-)

I cannot seem to find a concise way of measuring up, so many posts about it. Very little in the newbie section. Perhaps I’m missing something !

Hi. I’ve been lurking for a while and finally decided to post. I’ve done some jelqing in the past, but never with any consistency. I’m away from the wife for a full year, so I decided to finally get serious. I’ve been doing a variation of the newbie routine for over a month now. I’ve made some good gains already. I started out at around 6.25 BPEL and 5.125 MSEG. I measured today at 6.75 BPEL and 5.25 MSEG.

I’m really happy with the progress. My overall goal is length right now. Once I reach 7.5 BPEL, I’m going to switch my focus to girth. I hope to contribute more to the forum once I get a little more educated. For example, I don’t know if I’m supposed to measure BPEL while holding a kegel. If I do, it goes up to about 6.875. For now, I’m just trying to stay consistent with the routine and the way I measure.
