Is it ok to do 50 kegels, 5 seconds each every day or should I have a off day?

Sleep is enough rest for the BC muscle in my experience mar, so yes that would be fine. Rest days are not necessary with kegels.

I find it harder to do kegels after stretches and jelqs, is this normal?

Not if my experience is the norm. You sure you didn’t kegel to the extreme before stretching and jelqing, hence wear the muscle out?

Nope, I actually hold the kegel far less long than what the newbie routine recommends. However I think so much of my problems with PE are psychological.

If you’re doing a kegel properly, should the penis jump back to it’s original position while you’re still holding? Or does it mean that your activating the BC muscle but not actually holding it?

Don’t worry about form. Just hold for five seconds, and release. If you can’t hold it for five seconds, hold it for three seconds and build yourself up.

At the moment I’m only kegeling. How much will this improve sex and how long will it take to get some big noticeable change in sexual performance

Thanks Beasty. However, my concern isn’t really form so much. My problem is that I can’t seem to tense the muscle for more than half a second. It jumps and that’s it. I can isolate the muscle enough to make it jump, but not enough to hold it for over a second. Is this common?

I can do hundreds of half second squeezes, but I get the impression that this is not very helpful for actual strengthening.

I’ve read of similar experiences a few times now Ziggy, my assumption is that your BC muscle is weaker than normal. To overcome this problem do the logical procedure and build yourself up to the 1 second hold, and then to 2 seconds, then 3… This will only take a few months.
