I tried PEing about a year back and I didn’t stick with it. Now I decided to give it another shot. I’ve been going at it for about 3 weeks now and the routine I follow is:

5 minutes warm up using hot water
Started with 5 minutes for stretching (2 sets of 5 0:30 second stretches, one up, down, left, right, and straight out)
25 kegels
5 minute warm down using hot water

I am now up to 11 minutes of stretches (3 sets of 5 0:45 second stretches), and 50 kegels, the kegels for a while were hard for me to do but has since become much easier and also led to very hard erections. I haven’t done any jelqs because I didn’t feel comfortable with doing them at first. I did a quick search and found that seems to be the jelq are the staple of PE. I just don’t want to rush in on doing 200 jelqs and messing up my unit due to a lack of knowledge or strength, in my penis that is. Now is it bad if I start off with just kegels and stretches and bring in the jelqs slowly or is PE pointless without jelqs?

I think jelqing keeps the penis plump and maybe some extra tunica gains.

Not all PEers do jelqing. They hang and pump instead.

It’s a good idea to start jelqing lightly after a long break. But if you don’t need any more gain in girth then don’t do any grith exercise like Jelqing, Clamping, Pumping…

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

Hangers and pumpers jelq too, between sets to reinvigorate bloodflow.

In answer to the original post, several people have gained from just stretching, but just length. If you want to gain girth in the future, you will have to start jelqing, so that you can move onto the girth-specific exerecises.

Jelqing is like a bonus disc when you buy a DVD. You dont have to do it, but you’re probably better off to ;)

I would say jelqing is a PE must, very light jelqing helps blood flow. If you don’t want girth, just jelq at low intensities.

I agree jelqing will help with your girth, and even your length sometimes, it’s a good idea to incorporate it a little bit if not using the normal newbie routine

I’m not to worried about girth right now and am mainly going for length. After I get closer to my length goal I plan to start working on girth as some have said that it’s much easier to gain in length then try for girth. So even if you are not trying to gain girth at the moment then just jelq at low intensities for the effect of good blood flow? That seems pretty sound. Daboogies you said that it would be best to introduce jelqs after a long break, I’m guessing so your penis has full time to recover before hitting it with something new, am I right in thinking this? Also how long is sufficient? Would a long weekend do it, say Fri-Sun no PE and pick it up Mon with the introduction of jelqs into my routine? One more thing, should I always give a good break before adding anything new, say for when I start to add V-stretches, or clamping when the time for girth comes?
