Just started PE
I just started PE 5 days ago, doing the newbie routine 2 days on, 1 day off. My BPEL is 5.5” and my goal is to get to anything above 6” length. I’m not so bothered about girth, happy with what I’ve got!
When I jelq I usually get at least 80% hard on because I’m 20 years old and quite horny. Is getting that level of erection while jelqing bad for length gains? I’ve been doing 200 Jelqs per session, and making sure I do them good for 3 seconds and everything, but my cock doesn’t seem to hang that much fuller after the session. I can feel the effects though.
What are the best exercises for length gains?
Oh, and does masturbation/sex detriment PE badly? I dunno if I can go months without having a wank at least! Lol
