Hi,

I just started PE 5 days ago, doing the newbie routine 2 days on, 1 day off. My BPEL is 5.5” and my goal is to get to anything above 6” length. I’m not so bothered about girth, happy with what I’ve got!

When I jelq I usually get at least 80% hard on because I’m 20 years old and quite horny. Is getting that level of erection while jelqing bad for length gains? I’ve been doing 200 Jelqs per session, and making sure I do them good for 3 seconds and everything, but my cock doesn’t seem to hang that much fuller after the session. I can feel the effects though.

What are the best exercises for length gains?

Oh, and does masturbation/sex detriment PE badly? I dunno if I can go months without having a wank at least! Lol

The best erection level to jelq with is between 75%-90% of max, according most experts.

Best exercises for length are stretches, jelqs and hanging. Hanging should be considered after at least some months of manual exercise, if one has a stall on gains.

Masturbation has no relation with gains, and could be healthy for your prostate.

Welcome to the world of PE hardcock. This is my own experience. You don’t have to do as many jelqs as long as each and every jelq is a good quality jelq and an 80% erection is what I consider safe. Keep in mind that everything we do here is dangerous, okay? Here is a link to the stretching exercises. Try them all and see what gives you better results. I did the Rotor, the one that you pull from behind the legs, and always, ALWAYS do the piss pull. Every time you have to wiz, pull your penis straight out as far as you can for about 5 seconds and the take your piss. I never left the newbie routine, and when I started the more advanced exercises like clamping, I used the newbie as a warm-up, sort of like a runner stretches before the big race.

Do yourself a favor, as marinera suggested, condition yourself for at least 2-3 months before starting the advance exercises and you will probably see better results.

About masturbation and PE. When I was PEing, I had sex quite often. Now then, why is that type of ejaculating any different, you still ejaculate either why. It didn’t hinder my gains. So I don’t quite believe that it does. You must keep in mine that we are all different, what might work for him may not work for you. There are some here that claim that ejaculating kept them from gaining and experienced good results not ejaculating for weeks while PEing.

Good luck and take your time and don’t try to grow the over night bean stalk and just customize yourself. starting out to fast can cause injury, and injuries down there takes a long time to heal.

Can I just clear two things up which I swear I’ve searched for to no avail.

Firstly, optimum grip for length while jelqing.
As per manual instructions, I’ve been using an reverse ok (palms down) grip, low level erection.
I’ve read though that the standard ok grip is better.

Also I use a low level of erection, like just over flaccid as I believed this was better.


Currently 6.5 NBP 5.5EG.

There you go, what ever works for you. The explained exercises in the wiki just give you an idea how to perform them. Customize the exercise to suit yourself. I think we all do that. Good going Lord Harris.
