Hello everyone, I started doing PE around 45 minutes ago, my current statistics are flaccid and bone pressed 4”, and erect and bone pressed 5.75”.
I done the newbie routine, the 5 minute warm up and down with a hot towel, and done ten minutes of jelqing, in this period I could feel a slight sensation on the left and right hand sides of my penis, is this normal? It certainly felt like something was going on down there, also , afterwards I felt slightly woozy and when I seen myself in the mirror I was rather pale, did anyone else feel this while starting out? Also I done 50 kegels afterwards, so I would like to know if I’m on the right track?

Maybe you were squeezing too hard?

Maybe you weren’t breathing properly because you were trying to concentrate too much?

It’s hard to know but you might be overdoing it to start. Try using less pressure while jelqing and ease back on the number of kegels!

Have you very recently had this nasty cold that’s going about in England? I have never read of anyone feeling a little woozy after PE, but have experienced it slightly myself when using an infrared lamp for heating and just spending too long, too close to it.

Because your penis will try to get back to room temperature as quickly as possible after heating (the body’s normal homeostatic response), the blood which is being heated during your warmup is pumped back around the body and fresh, cool blood is pumped into the penis.

The blood heating effect should be much smaller than when taking a bath for example, but if you have a cold, or your immune system is low for any other reason, it could explain the wooziness.

Without knowing what the slight sensation you felt on the sides of your penis is, it is difficult to say whether that is normal or not.

I would suggest starting with an abbreviated newbie routine and working your way up to the full newbie routine; the newbie routine is really the maximum a newbie should do. Just a second thought; make sure you are not holding your breath when stretching!

If you are still getting paleness and wooziness on a reduced routine, after your first few sessions when your body is getting used to PE, please let me know and we will discuss it further. But please, take it easy to start with.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
