Jungle112 - Please, take this lightly as I have no intent on it being insulting. I know you mentioned that you’re 8” BPEL, not NBPEL and that you’re 250 lbs. Do you have a fat pad around that area that covers much of you up? If so, this can give the illusion that you’re smaller without you actually being smaller. An 8X6 on a guy who’s 5’8” and 140 lbs will look huge compared to a guy who’s 6’2” 220 and the same size. I found that in getting a good work out plan I gained over 1/2 inch of NBPEL just from reduced fat pad.
