Jelq-only routine Advice on exercising
I’m a total newbie when it comes to PE. The only thing I have practiced are kegels, and I did experience the benefits this exercise has; I.e. Better sex. Although I didn’t master the multiple orgasm during actual intercourse, I can easily orgasm 3 to 4 during masturbation without leaking sperm, which is a nice feeling :)
Now I have started practicing PE since Monday, and have researched on multiple forums on what to do and how to do it.
After some experimenting I came to this routine:
~ 3 minutes warm-up with a warm towel (I do 50 kegels with it wrapped around my penis, then reheat it and repeat 3x for better blood circulation)
100 slow wet jelqs at 40%-60% erection level (I can see and feel the blood get pushed in my penis; the head and shaft get hard and warm, the arteries become big)
100 quick wet jelqs at <30% EL
50 kegels for a cool-down or a bath
I’m doing these quick jelqs as a replacement for stretches. As I can feel the same stretching sensation on the base of my penis regardless of the exercise I use (I.e. Static stretching or quick jelq) and I hate simply holding my penis stretched, I think that this could be substituted.
My work days are Monday-Thursday with Friday-Sunday being the rest days. Since I’m doing lots of sports I know how too much comittment can hinder your progress, so in my opinion an additional rest day won’t hurt; especially when we’re talking about our penises. And because this is long term, making it fun and incorporating enough rest is very important.
Though I haven’t taken any measurements yet.
