Just wanted to say hi to everyone and get some advice on a routine. Been checking out this site for awhile now and done quite a bit of reading. Today I was finally able to join.

A little background on me. I started PE about 2 years ago. I used the Bath mate 4-5 days a week for 20 minuets and wore an extender for 3-5 hours a day 6 days a week. I started out at 6.5” BPEL and 5.25” EG. I am currently 6.75” BPEL and 5.25 - 5.5” EG pending on my EQ. I did this routine for about 8 months straight. I’ve been able to maintain my stats with using the Bath mate 2-3 times a week. I recently got rid of the extended because I just couldn’t put the time in anymore.

I’m looking to get to 7-7.5” BPEL and 5.75 - 6”EG. I would go for more but, my wife probably couldn’t take much more. At certain times of the month she has problems taking me in certain positions like doggy style. I know she could take more girth, but I don’t want to go crazy on the length.

Should I just do the newbie routine? Do you guys think I’m conditioned enough to ad clamping? Any feed would be great.

This site is awesome, I wish I would have found it before I started pumping and using the extender.

Yes, do the newbie routine for a while. I still prefer manual exercises over ‘devices’, apart from clamping. There is no point adding clamping until you feel you need to, so do the manual exercises for a while first, then add clamping.
