Hey, Check out my new routine , Please give Advice , 3rd week Of PE

5 Min warmup with Rag
10 Min Manual stretching
15 min Wet jelq
5-10 mins Jelq Squeeze
Warm down 5 min
5 min stretch
Final 10 min Warm down

Hows that sound? And oh yeah I Got a Cable Clamp it’s Blue Don’t know of the size
IS this Just Exercise aid ? Or can you Just clamp and thats it? Thanks

That looks like a sound routine. Stick with it for another five weeks before you try more advanced exercises. Put the Cable Clamp away for a month. You’re off to a good start, but your dick still needs more conditioning before you can start advanced girth techniques. Meanwhile, get to know your penis in a whole new way. The jelq squeezing and stretching will help you understand your limits and the zone at which you’re realizing gains but not injuring yourself. Take it easy. This ain’t a sprint. Good results come with consistency, hard work, and reading a lot here to benefit from the knowledge of those who have gained before you.
