Guys I stretch for about 2 months now, but there is a little trouble. Yesterday I thought in changing my way to execute stretch, when I begun I stretch in the middle of my penis and hold for 30s, but yesterday I begun made a OK in the beginning of the head, and the feeling was completely different. In the first case I was feeling I little burning in the beginning of my penis on the second case I don’t feel almost nothing but I feel my dick really scratching, what I am doing wrong and what can I change?

It sounds like you were getting mostly skin stretch from grabbing the penis too far from the penis head. Skin stretch gives a burning sensation. Sounds like you are doing it correct now, like Slack is saying.

I have recently started to use my vacuum ads as a manual grip aid for my stretches. Works like a charm and allows me to put the stress on my larger muscle groups instead of the smaller muscles in my forearm (finger muscles). Just a tip.

If you are only using your hands, do like Slack advices, grab your penis just below the penis head. Also, I found that baby powder helped to avoid slippage.

Just below the head?? NOT in the middle?
