That sounds like a good idea firegoat. I’m start off slow like that and build up from there.

I’m still deciding if a month break is enough after a year of solid PEing. I have a few more days left before a whole months passed, so I need to make a decision soon.

If your gains have ground to a halt, 3 months would be a good idea, followed by starting again very slowly.

My gains stopped recently and I’ve been at the same size for the last four months before my break. I was looking into taking a break longer than 1 month, but 3 months sounds like alot.

I’ve been forced into a break the past 3 weeks due to some health issues, but my EQ is through the roof, and my morning wood is better than its ever been.

When you PE too much too often, you get used to being fatigued all the time. Its good to be in a rested state again.

I’m gonna wait another month before I restart. EQ and morning wood are top notch. Too bad I fucked up with the girlfriend so I won’t get to use it.

Got to use my 10 EQ dick the last few weeks. One said that I was tearing up her insides, the other said that I was beating it up too much but I still haven’t ran into one where I hit a dead end. Meaning I got to go balls deeps again with no problem.

I’m gonna restart PE next week. That’s gonna be two good months of no PE, just kegeling and edging here and there. Last time I measured was about a month ago and I was at 8 7/8” bpel, 8.5 nbel and 6” eg. I’m gonna remeasure this Monday and see if I’ve lost anything.

It’s been five weeks since I restarted. I measured yesterday and I was at 9x6 1/16. That’s a 1/8” bpel and 1/16” mseg gain.

I started with the newbie routine and after three weeks got up to 15min stretching and 30min jelqing. This is the sixth week and I’ve increased the stretching to 20min.

When I measured yesterday I measured bpel two different ways. The proper way which is standing up with penis at parallel to the floor, and the old way I used to measure which is sitting down and kegeling right before recording the stats.

Measuring the proper way I was at bpel 9” and the old way I was at 9.5”
