It's been a year!

I’ve been PE’ing for a year now and I think it’s time for a break. I haven’t gone too hard, but I’ve been pretty consistent and even had weeks where I went hard. My EQ hasn’t been the best recently for a few reasons, but I still think I should take a break from PE. About 4 months ago I measured with decent EQ and I was 8 7/8bpel by 5 7/8mseg. I measured yesterday with an 85% erection and I was at 8.75bpel by 6mseg, so I can’t tell whether I’ve gained anything.

Whether I’m watching porn or having sex I can’t get harder than 90% these days. Sometimes I get close to 100% when I’m laying pipe, but it’s rare. based on what I’ve read about deconditioning breaks, I’m thinking about taking a month break. What do you think?

Why not take a decon break. Take a week off and see how your erection level is. Then see how it is after 2 weeks and so on. A month is not so long. Check your measurements at the begining and end of the break. I made a loss after about an 8 week break, but soon regained and added a little more. Don’t forget to keep kegelling.

Are there any other factors that could be affecting your EQ? Stress? Booze? Exercise? Smoking? Drugs? Illness? Diet? Age? A totally healthy being is in my belief, the foundation of penile health.

How much have you gained in the last year? What were you starting stats?

I don’t know what your goal is for PE, but you are already bigger than 99% of the men on earth.

If nothing else maybe just work on enough PE to improve your EQ.

Thanks. I planned on staying with the kegels, just because I know they help with EQ. I’m gonna keep edging too for the same reason. I’m aiming to get my EQ to 100% before the end of the month break so I can measure and see how much I’ve gained in the last year.
As far as what’s affecting my EQ, it’s a combo of different things.

Thanks. I started at 8.5x5.75 in November 2009 and I was at 8 7/8x5 7/8 four months ago, but that was measuring with about a 95% EQ. I wanna get to 10x7, but we’ll see how it goes.
As far as the EQ, I’m gonna make this one month break from PE to work on my EQ. Edging and kegeling.

Good grief, I can only dream of being that big! A good 7” to 7 1/2” will do me nicely. What I would though like is a decent flaccid length. I do Life Modelling for artists (that’s nude modelling) and students and I am really conscious when it shrivells if the room is cold! I’d like a decent 5” soft most times will PE give good flaccid results? I am not bad already erect at just over 6 1/2” but when I’m modelling I cannot sport an erection or the students/artists would freak!

Try the cordyceps mushroom capsules for EQ. It`s done wonders for me recently.

I have grown an inch in length and five eighths in girth in ten months and I think that that much new tissue growth in a short period of time can be stressful to the point of disfunction occasionally.

I take 400 mg of cordyceps and 500 mg of horny goat weed an hour before bed and I`m good to go.

I’m gonna have pics up as soon as I get to 100% EQ. I’m gonna try out different supplements that I’ve read about here, and see which one works best for me. I’ll keep yours in mind a-unit. I think that kegeling, edging, and a little break from PE is gonna be good enough to get me back to 100%.

I bet you’ll be surprised at how much improvement you get after a week or so rest. You may even see additional small gains just from resting.

I’m thinking about what kind of routine I should begin with. The newbie routine seems to be too light, but the routine I ended with would be too much. Probably gonna do the newbie routine with a few more streches and jelqs added.
