Hello to everyone!

I’ve been a member of Thunder’s Place for a while now, and have read a lot of info since I joined. There is so much information here to sort through! It’s amazing.

After lots of reading, lots of research, I will be starting PE this coming Monday (21/Feb/2011). I’m very excited about the possibilities! However.I am also a little scared. For every post that supports PE and the possibilities for growth, there seems to be another stating that it doesn’t work and perhaps may even cause serious, irreparable damage. But I’m a big believer in ‘if you never try, you never know’, so trying is what I have decided I will do.

My measurements are below:
BPEL: 7 inches
EG (base): 4.7 inches
EG (mid): 5.4 inches
EG (glans ridge): 4.5 inches
EG (glans top): 3.46 inches

My goals are to:
- Increase length, but not too much more. I’m 7 inches BPEL, I’d be happy with 8 inches. 9 if possible.
- Increase girth. This is a big one. I really really want more girth. I have a bit of a baseball bat thing going on. As you can see from my measurements, the base of my penis is thinner than the middle of it. I hate this, and would love it to be a consistent thickness the whole way down the shaft.
- Increase glans size. I want a big, swollen glans! When I said I had a baseball bat thing going on.that’s not exactly true, because after the thickest part in the middle, my penis gets a bit thinner again. It get thinner heading toward the glans, and then the glans is actually thinner than the thickest part of my rod. Again, I want consistent thickness.but actually wouldn’t mind if my glans stood out thicker than the rest of my rod.
- Straighten it out. My penis curves slightly to the left, from about three quarters of the way up the shaft. I would like it to be straight. And, if it’s possible, I would love to get it to actually slightly curve up. However, if that’s, not possible, I’d be really happy with straight.
- Increase erection quality. My erections are generally okay.and when I’m having sex they’re pretty solid.but sometimes the lady says ‘Oh baby I love it when you’re THIS stiff and swollen’.which is a rare occurrence.which of course means that most of the time, I’m only like 80% stiff and swollen. So, I want really strong, powerful erections.
- Increase vascularity. I want my veins to pop out! At the moment, only a couple of veins are visible when I’m stiff. I want it covered in veins. Like some sought of dangerous wolverine! ; )
- AND.I would also love to increase testicle size.although from what I can see on this forum, this isn’t possible. If anyone has had success or knows how to succeed in this area, I’d love to hear.

My plan is to do the newbie routine according to luvdadus, which is of course as follows:
-5 minutes hot wrap
-5 minutes manual stretch (10 x 30-second stretches)
-10 minutes of jelq (200 x 3-second strokes)
-5 minutes hot wrap
-50 kegels of 5-second hold each
He says to do it 2 DAYS ON / 1 DAY REST.but I will be doing 5 DAYS ON / 2 DAY REST, as it fits in better with me.

I will be starting a progress report in the PROGRESS REPORTS forum, and will be charting my progress once per month, including measurements and photos.

So there we have it!

Now, if anyone has any comments or advise for me before I begin my PE journey, I would LOVE to hear it!

Ah, good to see another Aussie who begins his posting career at a healthy 3am (actually you probably live in WA?).

Everything looks good. From you’re post I’d say you seem to be a fairly meticulous individual who will take the time to do something correctly, once he understands it - an excellent quality for PE. Equally important, is consistency, which I’m sure you’ll be fine with too.

One point to make, however, you say you’d be happy with 8 inches, 9 if possible. 8 inches would be considered a very healthy gain while up to nine would definately be in the very large to huge gain category, and certainly not something to be considered ‘not much more’. Other things to note, increasing glans size is considered by many not to be possible, and I’d probably agree that it isn’t, at least by conventional PE methods like jelqing or even clamping. If you really want to physicaly increase its size (beyond what perfect EQ will give you), then I suggest you look into ballooning, which if I remember correctly doesn’t require any preparation/conditioning. One more thing, you might want to consider dropping the ‘warm down’, I personally can’t see any use for it.

You will notice increased vascularity and EQ within days, assuming you don’t overwork.

There seem to be an extremely small percentage of guys that for some weird reason are not affected by PE exercises. Another minority seem to be injured simply by doing normal PE. Those people are rare however. All other injuries tend to occur from overtraining. Take things easy and you should be just fine.

I love it when people take the time to read and research before starting! With that time spent reading you have become much more knowledgeable and have a much better chance of success. Especially since you already have a time investment.

Adding to some of my thoughts that Tweaking already handled… Your goals are many and varied. I think you are asking a lot but if you are dedicated and realize it will take years, you could achieve most of your goals. Don’t let that statement about taking years put you off though since you’ll find it is not a task, but a pleasure to PE once you get into it.

For base girth, you will eventually want to look into hanging, but not for at least 6 months of consistent PE. Hanging is supposedly one of the best ways to work this area. I have personally only done manual exercises so far, but I do a LOT of manual stretching which has increased my base girth. I think a good stretching routine can be analogous to hanging.

Glan size, curve, vascularity and testicle size are all tough areas.
- I think glan size [/i]might[/i] be possible with the right techniques but you should revisit it later.
- Curve I think is do-able but you have to work your jelqs in the right direction over and over and over. It is a very long term change if it is possible for you at all.
- Vascularity I think depends on your body type. I would love this myself but have realized it will probably never happen for me.
- Testicle size I don’t really understand why people would want bigger nuts anyway. Having big balls gives your dick competition. A big dick with small balls as a backdrop would only make the big dick look bigger in my opinion.

I think the warm down doesn’t hurt and may be good to use especially at first while you are conditioning.

I would recommend against the 5 days on at first. Start with 2 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 2 days off for a month while you get conditioned. Once you feel ready and understand the fine line between fatigue and minor injury, then you can add that 5th day. You may also want to start with 100 jelqs at first too for the first week or two.

One last thing I would add based on my own results is wrapping. I would recommend wrapping for a few hours a day when it is convenient for you and especially on rest days when you are healing.

I use a simple Ace bandage wrap. When wrapping with an ace bandage, you must be mindful of it. Do not wrap tight at all, just enough to keep it stretched. It doesn’t need to be stretched all the way either. When I wrap, I use a 2” ace that is cut in half (only need about 15 inches). You should be able to pee easily with the wrap on since it is not compressing anything. That’s a good test, but I don’t recommend this though since it is very likely you’ll end up dripping after you tuck it back in!

Again, be mindful that you have it on. Shove your hand down there every half hour and if their is any coldness, take it off and call it a day. Try the next day and wrap lighter. It’s better that the bandage lose it’s grip than you injure yourself.
