Hey members of thunders. I’ve been a loyal follower of PE and having just recently finally been able to become a member I thought I would put my 2 cents in as far as my routine and gains go.

I am going to be 21 years old in April of this year and am about 5”10 - 11 give or take. 196 pounds in weight. I would consider my cardio and muscular levels of fitness just bellow athletic, I inline skate, run and weight train. And as far as my nationality goes I consider myself a splash of everything. Irish, Trinidadian, El Salvadoran and Dominican. I started PE about 4 or 5 months ago when the break up with my recent ex girlfriend finally hit me (we basically broke up a year prior, kept screwing around and found out each other was screwing around with another person.) Me of course being a young adult became subconscious and some how I thought my size was a factor (lol I know, stupid me.) Starting out at about 7-7.25 NBPEL And 5.4 EG I later found out I was no “small” contender. Yet PE surely did become an addiction. I stand now at 7.5 NBPEL and 5.5 EG. And I’m trying to push for a concrete gain of over 8 inches in length.

I’m a sucker for chocolate island girls, specifically Jamaicans, so size does matter.
I started off with the newbie routine, consisting mostly of just jelqing and stretches. I gained a small amount of girth and length but not much improvement.
So I dug deeper into the forums. And found out about ADs, hanging, pumping and applying heat before after and during workouts. And especially following my person hero saiyan 22. My entire routine changed.

I now do 2 sets of hanging at 10 pounds in the morning/afternoon followed by manual stretches before and after a warm up of course. Ads between 2-5 golf weights 4-6 hours a day. And at night 2 more hanging sessions followed by a 15 min session of pumping at 4gs and a 20 minute cable clamp session (including warm ups and warm downs.) I’ve been doing this for about 2 weeks now 5 days a week and all I can say is wow, I unfortunately lost my measuring tools, but off hand even after 16 hours of rest I feel a meaty member flaccid and what I like to call “the Comcast remote” erect.
The new girlfriend has absolutely no complaints.She is one of those few girls that prefer penetration orgasms over clitourus stimulation. No sex from the back the.sigh can’t take it.

As far as any other minor details I forget, please ask away. Also some input on my routine would be appreciated.

Yeah, man! I love them too!
But I really don’t know if there are all that differences related to ethnics and their internal measurements, besides, of course, their wonderfull butts and thights that keep us farther to their bodies than the skinnier ones. ehehehe
I’m a newbie also, but I’ve just begun my PE routines (few weeks ago). As far as I know (and read) until now, heat makes lots of difference! I’m planning to have a similar routine to yours (for length) after some months (adding some light ADS). I think if you keep commited to PE (and keep the health and safety in 1st place), I would bet you can really achieve your goals!

Thanks wwdong. Ha I neglected to mention that’s the best part of being mixed. I basically pick and chose whichever race women. Even though my physical appearance gives off a hispanic aura, I get to use my background to pull me out of the , (for lack of better words) racial profiling dating circle.

I need to find out how to perform lig hangs, I found out about fulcrums but ligs I can’t seem to uncover in the search. My hanging sessions are usually just sitting off a chair.

One thing I’ve noticed..

I’m as WASPy as they come - and I’ve never had a problem picking up girls of mixed or different races. Sometimes it seems that I have an easier time with the darker Skinned girls - perhaps they find something interesting about my fair complexion and light freckles. But I understand what you’re saying - differences can be very unique and sexy to women.
