And so it begins.
I’ve dabbled with the manual exercises for over a year, but I’ve never had much consistency as I’m a college student and have roommates, homework, workouts, and everything else as distractions. Expectedly I’ve seen little gains, if any.
As of writing this post, that will all change. I’ve set a goal and a time line that I think is achievable and I’m documenting my journey from start to finish. I believe this will help keep me on track and make any future gains seem even more concrete as I’ll be able to go back and view my progress.
Unfortunately I can’t start immediately (like tonight or tomorrow) as I was an idiot over the weekend and beat my dick up a little bit. Over train it I did.. However, after becoming growth-crazed recently, I intend to start from the ground up. I’ve read up on injuries, PI’s, and the importance of consistency and am now ready to tackle this ‘head’on.
So, on Friday, I will begin (assuming everything returns to normal as I expect it should) and I look forward to sharing my progress with my fellow Thunder’s Place members. This really is a great forum and you guys are awesome with the support, it’s going to be a real pleasure interacting with you guys! I can’t wait.
