Well I did my first PE session today and it went quite well.

I’m starting out with the Newbie Routine as described in the PE guide. The stretching exercises went well but it took me a little while to get my grip sorted out, but once I did I was able to get a good set of stretches in.
The Jelqs went ok but I used a little to much lube, so at first it was hard to do a proper jelq. Once the lube had dried up a little and I got my grip sorted out and gotten my self into a rhythm everything seemed to go ok. Although by the end of the 200 strokes my hands were feeling a bit fatigued and I had some problems maintaining a consistent level of pressure with each jelq (but I suppose that comes with practice). I had a nice hot shower afterwards and noticed that my unit was looking a lot plumper than before which I hope is a good sign that I was doing the jelqs properly.

My first session went well and I can’t see any problems with making this PE session part of my daily routine. In a couple of weeks after I have gotten used to the routine and I have recived the Vacextentder upgrade attachment that I ordered for the stretching device that I have (But only used about once since I bought it) I will add that to my routine as well. Anyway we will see how how it all goes and see what sort of gains I can achieve over the next few months.

I suppose I also better add in my starting stats as well for latter reference.

BPEL = 5.75in EG = 5.25in FL = 3.5in FG = 4.25in.

200 jelqs on the first day would fatigue anyone who doesn’t milk cows for a living. It might also be too much for your dick on the first day. You’ll know soon so make sure you listen if he says he’s too sore.

For stretching, try some talc (baby powder) on your hands and glands. It may help keep the grip. Guys who are circumcised have an easier time with stretching.

Oh, and take a measured “before” picture - even if it’s just something you keep on file for yourself. Not doing so is my only regret.

I’m not a big fan of starting out with devices, so I recommend sticking with the newbie routine for three or more months before adding anything else in the mix.

I seem to be pulling up ok so far, only a small amount of soreness and my unit is still a little puffed up from the Jelqing. I guess I’ll see how It’s going tomorrow before proceeding with my next session and making any adjustments to the routine.

Welcome Hellridr. Sounds like you’re on your way. Stick with the newbie routine while you’re getting everything sorted out. Consider entering your stats in the PE Data Site. It’s a really convenient way to track your progress.

We both started out with the same erect stats! That’s cool!

I have already entered my stats in the PE data site and hopefully with a bit of hard work and dedication and the sage advice of experienced guys like yourself and onenekkidguy I might achieve some good results.

And yeah it is pritty cool that we both started out with the same erect stats. I just hope I can emulate your gains as well.

Looks like you’re well on your way to seeing some great gains in the near future. Definitely update us on your progress.
