And so it begins.
Well I did my first PE session today and it went quite well.
I’m starting out with the Newbie Routine as described in the PE guide. The stretching exercises went well but it took me a little while to get my grip sorted out, but once I did I was able to get a good set of stretches in.
The Jelqs went ok but I used a little to much lube, so at first it was hard to do a proper jelq. Once the lube had dried up a little and I got my grip sorted out and gotten my self into a rhythm everything seemed to go ok. Although by the end of the 200 strokes my hands were feeling a bit fatigued and I had some problems maintaining a consistent level of pressure with each jelq (but I suppose that comes with practice). I had a nice hot shower afterwards and noticed that my unit was looking a lot plumper than before which I hope is a good sign that I was doing the jelqs properly.
My first session went well and I can’t see any problems with making this PE session part of my daily routine. In a couple of weeks after I have gotten used to the routine and I have recived the Vacextentder upgrade attachment that I ordered for the stretching device that I have (But only used about once since I bought it) I will add that to my routine as well. Anyway we will see how how it all goes and see what sort of gains I can achieve over the next few months.
I suppose I also better add in my starting stats as well for latter reference.
