Is taking a break a bad thing

So for a few months now I have been on the newbie routine and was just about to start the full routine as shown on the main page. The last couple of weeks have been hit and miss due to being busy. My question is how long of a break can I take before or even if I would have to start from ground zero again?

Do I even need to worry about this? I am more concerned with girth at this point I figure and gains in length I get are purely bonus.


Start: BPEL 6 1/4" EG 4 3/4"

Goal: BPEL 8" EG 6"

It’s good to take a day or two break because this is the time when the penis heals and grows. Also, the gains you lose from a break will be easier to gain back.


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

Does the fact that I have been extremely active sexually effect any of this? Ever since I started my libido has gone through the roof. I already had a pretty good one to begin with, but not like this since I was 18.

maybe you can try different routine base on your schedule like 2 day on 1 day off or every other day.

No, taking a break is a GOOD THING.

Definitely take a break. It renews you, and gets you ready to grow more, so to speak. There used to be a routine up called “Babbis Newbie” where you were to actually take a MONTH OFF after I think like 12 workouts. People who were doing it were skeptical, but they grew anyway!

I just took a week off, and my measurements coming back were exactly the same.
