Taking a decon break
Below you can find my BPEL measurements of my PE career. As you can see, the length gains have slowed down and I think I have hit a plateau.
Most of the gains are due to the use of my extender. I started hanging about 2 months ago but haven’t seen any real gains so I thought I should give a break a try.
As of yesterday (April 7) I haven’t done any PE what so ever.
How long should the break be? Is 4 or 5 weeks enough?
