Can you stretch and jelq later if you dont have more than a 15 minute time period free at a time.

I split up mine. I do three 5 minute sets of stretching a day followed by 6 minutes of pulling-behind-my-butt stretching in bed. I don’t see anything wrong with it.

Yeah, a lot of people who just don’t have the time do it, and it still works.

Start:7.5 BPEL X 5 MSEG

Goal: 7 MSEG
