Can I split the newbie routine
I’m pressed for time and I’m thinking about splitting the newbie routine in half.
Any suggestions? For example, I can try warm up and stretches in the morning and warm up and jelq in the evening? If you add up the time, it’ll take the usual 20-25 mins.
Do you think it will work? Is there a way to modify the routine so that I can get the workout done in two 10 minute blocks?
