Improve/Maintain EQ without privacy
I have the following question: I have always masturbated a lot and I have followed some PE routines. I realized that when I masturbate on regular basis, my EQ is really good, cause I am getting a lot of erections, therefore maintaining a healthy BC. My EQ gets even better while PE-ing. The problem now is that I don’t have the privacy I used to have and can not masturbate regularly and PE. I noticed, that when I masturbate now (once in a week), my EQ is way worse. I assume that the reason is that I am not using my BC muscle as much as I did before. So, do you have any suggestions how to improve my EQ, considering the current lack of privacy?
I have never tried kegels and thought that they might be helpful. Any specific thoughts about that?
