Hypoglycemia and EQ exercises having negative returns

Hey All,

I just started an EQ regiment consisting of the following every other day;
In shower; ~75-100 Slow Jelqs, 75 x 5 second kegels, 3 second reverse kegels in between, then
Edging for ~30 at night (usually ending with ejaculation)

I take the following supplements;
Super Crusade (nothing to do with EQ), Gingko Balboa, & Ginseng (standard doses)

So last night I did my regiment in the shower, and today I went to check my EQ by trying to get an erection using my thoughts, and it didn’t work out at all..

SO, to the point,

1) Should my EQ be better or worse the day after a training session??

2) Any suggestions to help me improve EQ??

I recently also realized that my hypoglycemia being the near opposite of diabetes may have something to do with poor EQ so,

3) Any one hypoglycemic have any suggestions?

Last note, I’ve noticed my flaccid size has increased and my unit lifts up much more quickly while trying to get an erection, but it won’t even be 60% if size when it begins to lift..

I’m 20 years old.

I’ve had erection problems since I was 15, but because I had consistent girlfriends it didn’t really matter, now in college with random//drunken play and the fact that porn has desensitized me, I’m in trouble ,,,

PS, I started the exercises about ten days ago if I didn’t mention that

Is ED common in hypoglicemics?

In the meanwhile:

1) your EQ should improve day after;

2) EQ goes better with girth exercises - for now, jelqing is the best for you - and Kegel’s (but don’t do too many first weeks).

Wow has my EQ changed,

They had a 3 for 2 supplement deal at like wall greens or something,

So I picked up Garlic, Green Tea, & Magnesium/Zinc.

Wow has this been making a difference!

I still feel like my erections are a little odd like upright before stiff really, but I mean it couldn’t be getting any worse.

I’ll post a little on my EQ training and supplement process etc.

PS yeah, Hypoglycemia can cause weak erections

Shit I get hypoglycemic as hell, didn’t know that was a side effect. Is that combination supposed to help?

Not specifically for Hypoglycemia, but with EQ in general yes.

It only makes sense hypoglycemia has a side effect in some sort of way like that, I mean it deals entirely with blood (key for an erection no?)

So, I think these supplements have really done it.

I might write a topic on how key they are.

Also, it fits my 3 goals for helping my general unit health,

-It doesn’t need any form of hiding (generic supplements)
-No dependency, can be skipped whenever and its not a big deal (I’m going for 4/7 days a week, seems fair on my body)
-Low cost, (bought it all <~$35 a month)

Good EQ just feels good. Worth it.

Getting hypoglycemic, and being diagnosed hypoglycemic can be very different things. If you get hypoglycemic after exercise or because you havent eaten properly, then eating properly usually sorts things out. If it doesnt, then go and see your doctor.
